Day 140

-8 minute warmup

-70 erect jelqs which weren’t super light but kind of light grip

-3 of 10 second ULIs. I did the 1st set for 10 seconds and then did 10 second rest and then would hit the 2nd set after so it was a set of 10 seconds with the 10 second rest and then would continue my ULIs.

Some side notes.

-I liked my unit when erect

-no post workout turtleing

-post workout pump stayed for awhile. Meaty looking

I highly recommend the ULI#3. People really neglect it in favor of the Horse440, which I find needlessly difficult by comparison.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Day 141

Since I missed a day I thought I should do something small today.

-8 minute warm up

-2 min bathmate pump ( I had trouble with it because instead of using in the bath I used it in the shower and it was frustrating) but at a medium pressure

-6 minute warm down

Side notes are:

-a little shrivel but no turtleling

-pump stayed for a little bit

-I think pumping is good but am liking the thought of ULIs instead.

But i can’t make the decision of which is better just yet

Will take the next two days off

Day 142

-rest day but nice EQ. I think the 1 on 2 off routine is working quite well (even though I messed up)

Day 143

-rest day with nice EQ and morning wood

Feel big

Day 144

-about an 8 minute warm up

-about 80 erect jelqs (light jelqs)

-6 minute warm down

Today was okay, not as satisfied I guess

But the workout seemed successful

-rest day but an okay EQ seems like my unit is more conditioned than what I think

Also started a new job with much more hours so am busier
