-8 minute warmup
-70 erect jelqs which weren’t super light but kind of light grip
-3 of 10 second ULIs. I did the 1st set for 10 seconds and then did 10 second rest and then would hit the 2nd set after so it was a set of 10 seconds with the 10 second rest and then would continue my ULIs.
Some side notes.
-I liked my unit when erect
-no post workout turtleing
-post workout pump stayed for awhile. Meaty looking
