On 05.05.2022, I stopped Hanging, because I want length, I tried Fulcrum Stretches/Hanging (2,2 - 3.3 kg) with an IR Lamp + Cyclic Stretches at the end, in 5 Days my BPFSL jumped from 17,5 to 18,5 cm, this is crazy.
My Strain is (17,6cm before/ 18,6 after) 5,68 % right now and I am not doing anything crazy!!
My big Question is, how many Sets I should do per day, I saw that Kypra is doing 2on/1off, that is not that much, but according to the Spreadsheet, he is not gaining anymore, maybe he reached his goals.
My Idea right now is, to do 1 Set in morning and 1 Set before I go to bed, that would be a total of 120 min Stretching per Day.
We agreed on, that too much weight just makes the Penis stronger and we plateau pretty fast, but how about same weight and more frequency, isn´t it the same, kind of.
My fear is that, with to much frequency, my cock doesn´t get enough time to heal and grow and just gets tougher, because of to many Sets, if that makes sense.
And again, thanks a lot !! I am also tracking my Stats here, so we will see how the Strain/Heat theory is working for me.
I am so happy though, I new the septum is my limit, tackled it and I am growing, this is so satisfying, I was a so called hard gainer, but I don‘t believe in that anymore , it‘s just about finding what’s keeping you from growing.
