Hey, this is LongDong, this my new Progress Report, because I didn´t like, how I set up the first one.

So I gained back in 2011-2012 + ON/OFF till 2020 1.5 cm in BPEL, 1.5 cm in Girth and 3.5 cm in BPFSL.

BasicalIy only Newbie Gains then stopped, because I couldn’t gain length anymore, I know now, that my Septum is the Limiting Factor,

So I started this new Routine, according to the latest Data, thanks here again 5.5Squared, Kyrpa, Longerstretch, Manko007 and everybody that I forgot.

My Stats before the new Routine

BPEL - 16.3
BPFSL - 17.8
MSEG - 12.5

I started PE on 10.04.2022 again, did Hanging and Manual Stretches + IR Lamp, didn´t gain anything in length!
On 05.05.2022 I startet the new Routine and jumped till 15.05.2022 from BPFSL 17.8cm ->19.1cm.

I am Documenting every Day my “pre & after” BPFSL Stats + Strain, I also add my Stats here on Thunders, everyone can check out how it is going.

I noticed that my Pre BPFSL is slowly creeping up to my after BPFSL, basically my Strain rate is going down, I am in good Spirits though, lets see how far I can push on this run.

I will post my morning and evening pre & after BPFSL Stats every Week on Sunday.

My Routine is the Progressive Vacuum Fulcrum Hanging (2.2kg - 2.6kg - 2.9kg cooldown 3.2kg) + IR Lamp + Cyclic Stretches for the cooldown. I hang for 20 min + 10 min cooldown then Cyclic Stretches two times a Day.

I want to do this, as scientifically as possible, so I am doing nothing else, to know what works and what not. In the Future, I want to do extended Hanging, to see how much Girth it can give me and at last, when I have reached my Lenght goals, I will go hard on Girth.

- On 11.05 I Jelqued lightly and did 2 Sets x 10min of Bathmate as you can see, I had a hard time stretching.

After the Fulcrum Hanging my BPFSL is around 18.5 cm- 18.7cm, after I do the Cyclic Stretches, I hit, as of today 19.2cm BPFSL. Tomorrow I try to get to 19.2cm BPFSL with only Cyclic Stretches, just curious. If I can, after 10.06.2022, I will go for 1 week with only Cyclic Stretches + Heat and see if I can squeeze out some gains. I just wonder how powerfull Cyclic Stretches really are.

I had a hard Time measuring BPEL and MSEG because my EQ is not the best right now, I do get hard Erections in the morning though, but only since I drink Horney Goat Weed, that shit works, makes me also more horney.

What’s this Cyclic Stretches you’re talking about?

I just started hanging too so definitely following this thread.

Isnt cyclic stretches like stretching your penis like an accordion? From “baseline cm” to “x cm length” then back to baseline and repeat the process.


I forgot in which thread I read about it, but Cyclic Stretches is nothing complicated,

How to:

Take 10-15 sec to stretch your Unit to the Max

Hold for 5-7 sec, I go pretty strong here

Let your Unit relax for a few seconds

Start over, I do that for 10 min

Of course there can be a lot of variations in my opinion, the basic just is, to ease in into the Stretch. Play around with the times, I look for that feeling that my muscles are relaxed and then I slowly stretch out. This one is very feeling based, you have to find out when it is relaxed or not.

I don‘t know what kind of Hanging you do, but I get a very different Stretch with Vacuum Hanging from the Glans/ or Fulcrum Hanging from the Glans compared to Hanging from the Base.

To me it feels like Hanging from the Glans targets more the Unit itself, maybe the Ligs a little. Fulcrum Hanging targets the Shaft/Septum.

Hanging from the Base with for example a Bib or Malehanger, works the whole inner Penis + the Ligs very hard, to me it felt way more intense, I felt it up to my Ass and my Ligs got a crazy stretch as well. I also gained some Girth right after the Hanging, not so with Hanging from the glans.

I do Fulcrum Stretches because the Septum is my Limit, so it depends what you need to grow.

I’m using the thingy from ProExtender. An inch away from glans and attach some weight on it. It really feels like it hits the ligs more than the unit. I have LOT at 9.

I got crazy Ligstretches from the Month before this Program, I feel it only in the shaft, after some time it will be same for you I guess.

Tough week for me, managed only 1 Session per day and my flaccid was bad through out, my Cock felt like it was toughening up. It felt way better with two sessions per day, the whole week just felt as a maintenance.

No Gains to speak of, Saturday and Sunday I did Manual Fulcrum stretches + Hanging to get some fatique, which I couldn´t with just one session of Fulcrum Hanging, I am not sure if I like Fulcrum Hanging that much compared to Manual Fulcrum Stretches, the fulcrum hanging felt great after the Manual Fulcrum stretches though. Every Stretch that I do now, I do like the cyclic stretches, because I gets me the best results, as of now.

After this Month I definetly will not only Fulcrum Hang, I think I have to put some Manuals in as well, I have to see.

For me, it feels like being at peace with low-gain and no-gain sessions or weeks is just part of it. And I’ve made the decision to put the time in regardless. Similar to 5.5Squared, for example. He said he made an unflinching 1-year commitment.

Think that’s a good way to roll with this stuff.

Hey, thanks for stopping by at my Progress Report, I am definitly on the same Page as you two are.

I want 9 inches BPEL, I know that it will change my Sex Life so much, so this is really a priority for me. So there is some work ahaed :)

Hey, I am back after my Deconditioning break, it´s longer than expected, but now starts the next Arc in my PE Journey.

I started PE again, on 01.12.2022, this time I am only doing Bundled Stretches 360 - 720 + Jelquing. After my Workout with only Bundled Stretches, my BPFSL was right back at 19 cm (before ~19,3cm), I guess I didn´t lose much.

I will do this Routine for 3 Months and see where we stand after that. I have a big difference in BPEL and BPFSL ~ 2,4 cm, so my next Goal is to close that Gap and continue with further Length Gains.

I read on the MOS Forum, that some People gained really well only from Bundled Stretches + Jelquing + IR Lamp, if this Routine Works, I should see at least some Length gains after 3 Months, otherwise, back to Fulcrum + IR Lamp. For now, I want to find out which Methods make me Grow and try Routines out, I want to save Hanging for the Future, because if I do Hanging, it will be for a very Long Period 6 Months + to a Year.

My Routine:

Bundled Stretches + IR Lamp + 360 to 720 - Two times per Day, for 30 Min (no Days Off)

Jelquing + IR Lamp - Once per Day for 20 Min

Let´s see what happens

I found 5.5Squared Stats, never have I seen this kinda growth, he trained for 2 Months ON / 1 Month Off. Gained 6 cm BPFSL + in a 1,5 Years I hope it is true, because I gonna do the same Cycle

Forget my last Post, I forgot some Things

After getting up to date again,

I will do Progressive Vacuum Hanging with 2 - 3.4 kg and Heat for 30-60 Days , got a Fir Pad now (did it with an IR Lamp before) and my US-Machine is on the way.

Over the Day, I will do roughly 4 Times light stretching, to combat the turtling.

My last Cycle was 45 Days and I gained Measured after Program, 1,8 cm + in BPFSL.

After this Length Cycle, I will Focus at least a Month on just Jelquing, because I have to catch up with my BPEL.

I leveled UP my PE Game :)

I attached a pulley on the bottom site of my Desk, with a Cord I can use it for Vacuum Hanging in a sitting position and can do whatever I want on my PC in the meantime. I got my Fir Band today, have my first Session with it and I love it, it´s so much better than with the IR Lamp, were I could do nothing and had to hold the Lamp all the time, such a quality difference !! :)

I also use it kind of, as an ADS, after my Workouts, I use a very light Weight and keep my Unit Stretched while healing for 1 - 2 Hours, for whatever reason, my Unit responds with super crazy erections when I extend with light weights for longer time periods.

My Cock feels really great doing this, so it´s no overtraining, it´s exactly right I guess, if EQ gets even better.
