LongDongs "Progressive Vacuum Fulcrum Hanging IR Lamp
Hey, this is LongDong, this my new Progress Report, because I didn´t like, how I set up the first one.
So I gained back in 2011-2012 + ON/OFF till 2020 1.5 cm in BPEL, 1.5 cm in Girth and 3.5 cm in BPFSL.
BasicalIy only Newbie Gains then stopped, because I couldn’t gain length anymore, I know now, that my Septum is the Limiting Factor,
So I started this new Routine, according to the latest Data, thanks here again 5.5Squared, Kyrpa, Longerstretch, Manko007 and everybody that I forgot.
My Stats before the new Routine
BPEL - 16.3
BPFSL - 17.8
MSEG - 12.5
I started PE on 10.04.2022 again, did Hanging and Manual Stretches + IR Lamp, didn´t gain anything in length!
On 05.05.2022 I startet the new Routine and jumped till 15.05.2022 from BPFSL 17.8cm ->19.1cm.
I am Documenting every Day my “pre & after” BPFSL Stats + Strain, I also add my Stats here on Thunders, everyone can check out how it is going.
I noticed that my Pre BPFSL is slowly creeping up to my after BPFSL, basically my Strain rate is going down, I am in good Spirits though, lets see how far I can push on this run.
I will post my morning and evening pre & after BPFSL Stats every Week on Sunday.
My Routine is the Progressive Vacuum Fulcrum Hanging (2.2kg - 2.6kg - 2.9kg cooldown 3.2kg) + IR Lamp + Cyclic Stretches for the cooldown. I hang for 20 min + 10 min cooldown then Cyclic Stretches two times a Day.
I want to do this, as scientifically as possible, so I am doing nothing else, to know what works and what not. In the Future, I want to do extended Hanging, to see how much Girth it can give me and at last, when I have reached my Lenght goals, I will go hard on Girth.
