Last night I took a shower and did sme manual stretching after hanging light weights all day (12+hrs). Then added the silistretcher from 1030pm-750am. At 330 am I switched the side from down to the right leg to down to the left leg. Tension was not high just keeping things elongated but more than just putting a sleeve on or wrapping as there was def tension.

Question for those that are still active here or happen to stumble upon this log, how long did you hang lighter weights and start seeing results. How much weight did you work up to that you were able to wear all day (8+hrs)? Also, for the general group, am I better off using the silistretcher all day and night moving the direction as opposed to weights in the day? My thoughts are weights are def a different type or resistance similar to bodybuilding with weights and body building with a Bowflex (tension bands/rods) it’s a different stimulus.

So with the increased weight I put on with Covid my fat pad is super bad at the current moment.

Things from yesterday. I had to adjust the weight 2 times during the day bc my glands were getting sore as I haven’t come up with a better way to hang the weights I have. Not a huge deal as it was fine at the end of the day which I hung for 12-13 hours again. Did some manual stretching (up down left right crank bundles between the checks ect) then put the silistretcher back on. Last night I tied it lower so more stretch and again went pee in the middle of the night and moved legs from right to left leg and increased the stretch. By the morning I was stretched to the point it was loose and I’m definitely get some quick progress to the point I need to look at a better way to anchor my knot during the night. Glands were slightly swollen but nothing concerning so I will continue the course for now. I will also be keeping the ads setup with just 1lb for now.

Initial Measurements Tomorrow night

I ordered a very specific (Very detailed down to MM Hastings) ruler to track measurements. I know length will fluctuate so this will help gauge any new growth. As we know growth can directly affect our effort and consistency. We love growth and for me I need to see it to keep myself disciplined and focused on the mission. My goal is to be 7.5” BPEL. The reason for 7.5” is bc I def have a .5” fat pad I need to compensate for.

The last few days or close to a week since I posted I think I’ve been doing 2lbs if hanging them I stopped. I stopped bc it was super uncomfortable and was getting a bit too bulky. I went to bundled stretching now twice a day. I’m also wearing a sleeve that keeps me pretty long and is really really comfortable. I have noticed that the bundled stretches while doing them in the shower only for a limited duration of time 7-10 minutes. Have made my penis actually heavier. I’m not sure if there heave been girth gains today be honest but it def feels heavier. So the last week recap is a couple days of hanging 8-10 goes the rest has been staying wrapped all day or now a sleeve all day. And doing to sessions of manual stretching then immediately putting the penis in an elongated state. This will be very easy to be consistent with as it’s comfortable and I have the time in the am and Pm to accomplish this. The sleeve being super comfortable makes the daytime being extended super easy too.

I’m going to update my current measurements as they are not the same. When I can back to the game I lost some gains. I’m also measuring a different way that is less variable.

Not sure where I left off. But the space in between dates I was doing a lot of manual work and trying to figure out my permanent routine. I stumbled on bundle stretching and have already gained nearly a quarter inch 1/4” in erect girth. It happened so fast and i knew something was going on bc my dick just felt so much heavier. I was over 5” EG the other day when I needed to relieve myself. Hanging makes my glands so much more sensitive . I literally came in 5 minutes and my EG again was over 5”.

I’m looking to log between 10-14 hours a week of hanging using a bungee cord and implementing all angles possible. The stretch is insane the pain in the ligs is nothing I have felt before. Even when hanging 15lbs this is wya way more intense. My flaccid hang and stretch after 4-5 days is unlike anything I’ve ever seen or felt on myself. I truelg hope I do t fatigue and keep this going until New Years 2021 where I wil take a new measurement. I will not measure until them except for EG (which I don’t really care about but I think everyone needs a solid log of how bundles and wrapping post hanging can make massive gains)

No new measurements until January. Still holding strong on not peeking. However I did a bpsfl quick one not super accurate and I’m up over .5” now on that measurement!! The routine is working and my consistency is paying off. Hoping the EL measurements are decent. I’m not expecting .5” on that but 1/4” would be nice.

Update here: even when I Kegel I’m super sore. Whole shaft and ligs ach when I Kegel. Had sex with the wife last night and def had some soreness. It was really an ache like my dick is just exhausted so I know my routine is effective I just don’t want to over do it and cause any damage such as ed. I Dick was still rock hard last night and the wife throughly enjoyed herself.

Of course I took advantage of my exhausted Dick and about an hour after sec I went and did a set of 24 minutes of hanging. Let me tell you, post sex hanging will test you both mentally and physically bc it’s super tough and uncomfortable
