Last night I took a shower and did sme manual stretching after hanging light weights all day (12+hrs). Then added the silistretcher from 1030pm-750am. At 330 am I switched the side from down to the right leg to down to the left leg. Tension was not high just keeping things elongated but more than just putting a sleeve on or wrapping as there was def tension.
Question for those that are still active here or happen to stumble upon this log, how long did you hang lighter weights and start seeing results. How much weight did you work up to that you were able to wear all day (8+hrs)? Also, for the general group, am I better off using the silistretcher all day and night moving the direction as opposed to weights in the day? My thoughts are weights are def a different type or resistance similar to bodybuilding with weights and body building with a Bowflex (tension bands/rods) it’s a different stimulus.
