Stretcher lasted about 1 hour… came off as I was getting to my desk at work (I have an hour commute) I said screw it my penis needs an actual break anyways. Might jerk off tonight since it’s been a while and I have to get up early for work (no sex).

Really interested in hanging… been reading a lot about it and people are getting crazy gains from it. Need a good routine though.

Learning Experience

Hung for the first time last night and had some issues with slippage and such but overall hung for 1 hour 15 minutes. Did manual work prior. Ended the night with stretcher attached at medium tension for 6 hours while I slept.

Work up put on Bathmate (with sleeve) 20 minutes broken up into 3 sessions.

Left sleeve on to keep elongated and cement any gains made

I’ve been reading a lot even at my office and it seems capturing that fatigued state and riding it as long as possible is the best way to achieve gains. So with that being said:

Last night after being in a sleeve all day to restrict my penis from retracting and to remain in an elongated state (it worked beautifully btw) approximately 4.25” in length all day until I got home. I started with the silistretcher (which moving forward I will refer to as the SS). I strapped it on and started hanging.

Pre hanging I did bundled stretching for 5 minutes to really target the ligaments and get them ready.

First round of hanging was 21 minutes with 2.5lbs (using the SS)
Second round was with the sleeve and a thick shoelace and I sued 5lbs for 20 minutes
Third round was same setup as round 2 and I used 6.25lbs for 23 minutes
Total hang time was 1 hour 4 minutes

Then I strapped on the SS and have been in traction/stretching since 1am (8 hours.)

I will remain like this til i shower here in a little bit and at that time I will use the Bathmate with the sleeve an keep the sleeve on til later today.

I’ve also read that decent tension for 1000 hours can and should equate to 1” in length. So my log continues and I keep track of that as well.

So The Journey Takes A Turn

My journey to a 7+” cock and 5.5-6” girth is well under way and I really think that I’m on the right path now.

Things I’ve learned:
🔘Don’t do girth work if your main focus is length because it’s hard to lengthen thick tissue/more mass
🔘hanging seems to elicit faster length gains in the majority of guys who’ve done both manual and hanging work. So they all but stop manual and go strictly to hanging.
🔘hanging is super intense and is required almost daily from the start due to riding the fatigue of the ligaments.
🔘the other key to quick and substantial length gains is using a stretching device immediately after your hanging session to heal in an extended state.
🔘Bathmate is best done with a silicon penis sleeve. Yeah have tried this twice and will never go back to using the Bathmate without the sleeve. 0 fluid Retention and you can pump extremely hard. *note that to effectively pump with the sleeve and get 0 fluid retention you need to wear the sleeve up over the ridge of your glands.

Yesterday’s work:
Hanging 3 sets
Set 1 2.5lbs 26 min
Set 2 5lbs 22min
Set 3 6.25lbs 20 mins
Total hang 1hr 8mins
Stretching device was worn for 7 hours yesterday and the previous night was worn for 7 hours as well.

Visual note: my hang is already considerably lower and the pump from the Bathmate was still prevalent this morning which is 20 hours after my last session.

More Hanging

More hanging yesterday.

Same weights 3 sets 1 hour 9 minutes

Wore ADS medium tension for 5 hours yesterday. Other time when not wearing I wore my silisleeve to keep myself elongated.

I’ve noticed that wearing the sleeve has made my glands (the tip) kinda sensitive. I think mostly because it’s rubbing more on my pants and sport trunks l. Either way when I was edging earlier it wasn’t sensitive at all.. weird…. today’s plans are more hanging and the ADS tonight.

Will pump later too most likely.

Thank you. Yeah I felt the Jelqing with Bathmate was too much, but I will say check out a previous post of mine. Length and girth at the same time is super tough. Kinda need to pick one or the other.

Couple Days Gone By

So I’m up to 7.5 hours not counting today and tomorrow for the week of hanging.

Over the past couple of days I’ve been using
7.5lbs a lot and the went to
8.875 pounds. For a short set. I also spent more money… I have determined the MOS ADS/Hanger is not ideal for hanging as it just doesn’t hold enough wieght before slipping. So I order the malehanger .

I’m still like the MOD ADS but I just doesn’t cut it for hanging heavier weight is all. At work today I kept my SiliSleeve on all day to keep myself elongated and for now I’m going to drop the bathemate for a week. Reason being I’ve read several people that said using it while hanging was impeding their gains of length. Not sure if it’s true but my main goal is length as I’m but dissatisfied with my current girth.

At night I’ve been using the MOS ADS and switching back to the sleeve with a shoelace for keeping me stretched out.

Yesterday

I’ve been super sick with a stomach bug but I’ve been consistent.

☑️Dropped Bathmate (for now)
☑️Manual stretching is bundled stretching for 5-10 minutes prior to hanging.
☑️ Silisleeve (silicon sleeve from MOS) all day
☑️ Hanging using a noose with a lot of padding and MOS vacuum hanger/stretcher (7.5lbs for an hour 3 sessions)
☑️ ADS via silisleeve and shoelace. (Ghetto yes but I’m getting really bad retention with the vacuum alothifh I have heard paper tape will fix that.
☑️ Today I’m implementing 1-2 9oz bars with my silisleeve while I work from home to keep myself elongated and a decent pull as well.

First week of hanging I documented very closely along with time spent in an ADS

540 minutes spent hanging (majority was with 7.5 pounds) 9 hours

49 hours spent in ADS with medium tension

Goal is to get to 10.5 hours a week hanging and to do that with a heavier weight since I can handle it.

I will accomplish this by using the malehanger (will be here Friday)

Also looking to get Monty’s rings as well for during the day.

The investment I’ve made in PE is more than I planned on but you realize once you start using products what’s beneficial and what’s not. I believe everything has its place but I’m the end it’s trial and error

What’s happened to my penis since hanging and using a better version of an ADS?

My flaccid hang is probably almost 3/4” longer. It’s a super tough thing for me to measure since I’m such a grower. But I’m confident it’s 3/4” longer. Even my wife was like your dick is hanging a lot lower.

I can also say I’m super addicted to achieving my goal. I use the word addicted because I was so focused on getting my hanging done and being in an ADS even while super sick. Therefore I’m def addicted at this point.

My next post will be a review so far on MOS hanger/stretcher for those on the fence about purchasing it.

The Malehanger

Wow all I can say is wow!!

This things grips the internal penis and just holds on. 7.5lbs felt like 8.875 pounds felt with the vacuum hanger from MOS.

Today stayed in the silIsleeve all day did some light stretching with it and a 10oz weight.

Later I did 4 sets of 7.5lbs with the malehanger for the first time.

Super fatigued put the silo sleeve back on and will do another session tonight before bed.
