Added In Over The leg Both Sides

So I started to Do my first to sets (20 mins) over the leg left first then right and finish with between the cheeks. The pull and stretch on that last set of between the cheeks is unreal!

Still chugging a along and looking to log my best week yet. I’m shooting for 17 hours this week and I’m def on pace for it.

More Updates And Gains????

So the other night I was messing around with my dick in a silisleeve (yes I switched back to them from just wrapping) and I got a decent erection and kinda pulled a tad to simulate a full erection. I was at 6.5”!!! I’m not calling this a real a true measurement but, if it is, that would be 3/4” in 4 months time (if I measure at the end of this month)

I know the gains will be harder to come by as I keep progressing but I think the over the leg each side which has a slight pull out wards as well due to the nature of the device and my current length not being long enough to just lay over top my leg lol. I think this is a good think bc it’s a dual pull and I can def feel it tugging deep deep in the ligaments. Then going to a between the cheeks stretch is just insane I can’t stress it enough.

Adding back in the silisleeve keeps my elongated further than just wrapping and seems to cause less gland irritation. I know the week I’m having (hours put into hanging ) isn’t something I can keep up unless I get up earlier for work but I’m taking advantage of the more time working from home right now to further my gains as best I can. I am now hanging 11.5lbs each session and will continue with that until my weights I ordered from amazon come.

Progress

So I finally got my new weights from amazon and it’s not a ghetto setup. Moved up to 12.5lbs today

Last week I set a PR for hours of hanging! 19.75 hours last week!!

Today flaccid hang was pretty great to look at and feel hanging there between my legs. Penis def is noticeable linger and heavier.

I will upload the spreadsheet today so you all can see my progress. I’m very meticulous about it. Again, no new measurements for til end of month. So fingers crossed we get to that 6.5” mark solidly.

Attached are the pics of the last week of hanging. My best week yet! As stated before I was able to get in 19.75 hours. This week is going to prove to be a tad more difficult. While the gains are going mentally it’s exhausting and my Mornings the last few days have been busy so I have only been getting in 2-2.5 hours a day. Today I will have closer to 3 hours but again not on the same pace. I’m content with 16 hours a week or more to be honest as my weight has progressed again and I’m now at 12.5 and I’m also adding in new angles which I think is going to be a game changer over others who hung for months on end just straight down and/or just BTC. I’m using a left and right with a slight straight out variant along with BTC and straight down. My ligs by set 3 or 4 are screaming.

My BPSL is over 6.5” now as well and I’m using my sleeve every single day all day in between hanging. It’s worth noting that my flaccid length is getting longer as my sleeve is not rising up on my coronal ridge as much and causing discomfort on my glands. Progress is progress right?! Well I’m hanging now watching a WW2 documentary so take care those who are following.

If You’re Still Reading And Following Along It’s Getting Good!!!

So I’ve been plugging away as usual. I did have a mental state of exhaustion the other day where I didn’t hang in the am didn’t wear my sleeve and then decided to hang 5 straight sets for 20+ minutes. After that I was recharged.

Things to note before I go into more detail are:
The tip of my penis the glands are kinda swollen and chapped.

I think that’s from rubbing on my clothes while wearing the sleeve and from the sleeve itself. The sleeve tends to slip and I have to readjust and when it slips if I don’t notice it , it will keep my urethra hole pushed together and created more swelling at the opening. I think I am going to start wrapping instead of using the sleep since the wrapping is more controllable and creates less of a chance of slipping and riding up creating more issues on the end of my glands.

Another note is there is some bruising at the end of my glands and I chalk this up to too much blood in my head when I reattach the hanger and start hanging again. This is a learning process and I need to be more vigilant.

I will be using Neosporin to help with my glands moving forward and keep them moist.

Another nice thing is I have been getting way more fatigue as I have changed things up a bit with my sessions. I start with a slightly straight out position in my leg but off to the right on my right leg. The pull or stretch is mind blowing

Then I move to the left leg and repeat for another 20 minutes or more

Then I move to Between the Cheeks. By that last 20 minutes session my ligs are legit screaming and I have to mentally lower through it.

Now some juicy stuff!!! Today I took a quick measurement and with a decent erection I was able to obtain 6.5”!!! Oh yeah!!! That’s 3/4” since February 25th when I started this journey. Now I’ve only been hanging with the malehanger for 27 days and with the vacuum MOS hanger I did that for about 10 days. In that time I was able to obtain .5”! So this is definitely working.

I will also upload my spreadsheet later this week when my 4th week is complete.

Last Day Of Week 4 Of Malehanger

I’ve been doing the math and looks to be on pace for an average hang time of 2.4 hours a day. I am super pleased with this and my progress has been nothing short of amazing. Again, if you’re following along you can already see the progress I just haven’t posted it yet. Spreadsheet will be posted by tomorrow for this past week. Wasn’t as high as the previous (over 19 hours) but a solid week none the less. I should finish around 17.5-18 hours.

Rough Week

This week was weak. I only got in 10 hours of hanging. I was in Chicago for 3 days with the wife and did have much time most of the week bc of work. But I did up the weight and the stretch and strain on the ligs is amazing. I will upload the spreadsheet later tomorrow

10 Hour Week Last To A 16 Hour Week This Week

As the weight gets heavier the retention got worse. I decided to start trying some things to minimize the problem. I started wrapping the section about 1 inch my current wrap setup with jus the self stick wrap. I wrap it daily tight and after the first set I could see this might be my answer! After two 1.5 hour session back to back sets I have almost no retention! So I’m on to something here. Flaccid hang is great and I still haven’t measured yet for this month which I know I need to do. Updates Are Slowing down But Hanging And Dedication is Not

Still going strong. Male hanger day 41 right now and I’m at 14.375 pounds. Ligs are sore constantly and I’ve developed a great way to keep myself elongated. I’m always elongated if I’m not hanging. Been able to keep myself wrapped and elongated at a BPFL it 5.6-5.75”! Yeah my old BPEL length lol. I’m hoping to be a solid and consistent 6.5” soon. As I’m over 6.25” and at times I hit 6.5” BPEL.

Measured This Morning

So upon waking I got the dick hard and did a quick measurement and came up with 6.5” twice. So my signature is accurate and I’ve officially gained 3/4” since February. In 4 months I’m seeing 1” in my sights! My goal was to get 1.5” BPEL so I’m half way there. Now that doesn’t mean I won’t go after more if I feel like it but I can say that I’m def slowing down slightly and trying to not be so obsessed with this. I also remeasured my girth and it’s still holding at 5”! As I mentioned previously I did throw the Bathmate on a week or so back and man that hurts like hell! A lot of the pressure is from my glands being so sensitive from hanging. If I had any complaints it would be that.

Complaints:
Sore glands (super sensitive) from hanging. They are almost painfully sore sometimes but it goes away or is minimized hours after hanging.

Bruise on gland. I got this bit from hanging but it hasn’t gone away. It’s a small spot of brown blood vessels and hasn’t gotten worse as I keep a close eye on it.

Fluid Retention, god do I hate this! I found out of way to minimize it or eliminate it but its painful and hurts much more at higher weights so I’m just dealing with the fluid retention now and it’s much more comfortable to hang again.

Pros:
The gains! Hands down the gains. Keep in mind I also wrap after I hang and keep my wrapped length around 5.5-5.75” for as long as possible and will re wrap and keep it at 5.25-5.5”. I think this has helped tremendously as of lately and can tell it’s easier to wrap and stay wrapped at a longer length the bigger I get.

Haven’t lost any girth gains!

Overall I’m happy with the progress.

So I had some bleeding from my urethra and I took some days off and just wrapped to keep myself elongated. I figured out my technique flaw and fixed it and I’m now hanging 15lbs for sets.

What a hiatus

Well I had an injury that kinda freaked me out. I was talking to the guy who created the Hanger I bought on discord (he has a group) and he said what happened to my penis is not uncommon and it’s bc I was using too much weight too fast and I wasn’t fully ridding my head of all of the blood before hanging. I had some pretty bad bleeding coming from my urethra and a small internal brusiws in the tip of my head that honestly hasn’t gone away fully still to this day. I believe it was some dead cells that were basically dying bc I was hanging with blood in the head.

I’m back but I’m taking a slow more methodical approach to this. I’m going to be hanging all day with light weights and pumping in the evening and going to bed with an ant turtling sleeve to help cement the gains so to speak. Once I figure out how to use the MOS vacuum hanger/extender without massive fluid retention in my glands I will switched to that at night so that I’m in a constant state of extension. For now this is day two of hanging 7 plus hours.
