Thanks! Yeah my routine is solid from a consistency standpoint.

Hydromax with the hand pump and it was definitely worth the money bc doing it manually is a pain in the ass.

Thanks! I’m always wondering what others progress is like because I’m always striving for more. But yes progress is better than no progress at all. Plus I genuinely enjoy the routine. Jelqing is probably my least favorite part of it bc it’s time consuming and girth isn’t necessarily my over all goal. Sure I would like to be thicker but I really just want more length.

Yeah I’m not sure how true the whole water is better for a more even distribution of pressure as opposed to an air pump but I can tell him I’m pumping too hard and I’m of the school of thought that pressure isn’t the determining factor it’s more of time under pressure and it’s should feel tight or full but not hurt or be uncomfortable.

I will he measuring this Tuesday. I was out of town for work all week so had to just keep plugging away the best I could .

So yesterday I had to make due with the time and supplies I had with me while out of town for work.

Yesterday I did this:
Stretching in the morning for 17 minutes (again really love the behind the butt straight back and to each side. The stretch you get is insane.)

Stretched throughout the day when going to the bathroom just quick 10 second holds in such

After work I went back tit he hotel only had a little bit of time before dinner and stretched for 12 minutes

After dinner and the bar (I don’t drink) cane back to the hotel and stretched for 26 minutes

Bathmate for 17 minutes 90% erection.

Notes:
It was supposed to be an off day but, I hadn’t been Jelqing due to time restraints so I figured why not? Plus as much as I hate to admit this here we go! Listen up!

I am much more pumped and fuller and longer all day the next day after the Bathmate when I don’t jerk off ir have sex. It’s crazy the difference!

Today it was an off day except for some light stretching this morning when I woke up about 10-30 sec holds maybe 10 minutes worth. Also, worth noting: I was def a little sore from the behind the butt stretches today. I know it was from them because it’s the same feeling I get when I’m doing the stretch. Longer fuller all day today even as I’m recording this here in my log. Wife is tired and I’m tired from work and traveling all day so going to maybe edge? Then head to bed. Tomorrow we will pick up where we left off and the journey continues on.

Again, I hate to admit it but there’s a difference in holding the pump by restraining from jerking off or having sex… not cool but I get the science behind it and have to plan and work through this accordingly.

Routine was basically the normal one I started with now that I’m back home.

Nothing new to note here. Going to measure Tuesday to check progress. About 1.5 months in now and I’ve been super consistent with this. The goal again was to be as consistent as possible for 1 year and see what happens.

What would you say to do when things slow down and you don’t seem to be gaining? Just stay the course? Or add more intensity? I’m curious for down the road.

Today was just that.

46 minutes of stretching in total. I had a small 10 minute break at the 27 minute mark.
100 jelqs
19 minutes Bathmate 90% erection. Broken up into 10 minute sessions. Second session pumped harder and was able to get it pretty damn big in the chamber.
(Tried a new tactic to prevent the donut/fluid retention around my dick) <——- that tactic worked well as the fluid retention was almost non existent!

Followed all of that up by edging (a lot!)

Put a cock ring on afterwards and wore it for about an hour to keep everything nice and full (obviously I checked on my dick to make sure it wasn’t too tight which it’s not)

I know I’ve gained some, so Tuesday should be a change in my current length possibly a change in girth but not too sure on that one.

Not a question easily answered with any certainty. For now I would say, begin your program and be consistent. You can cross the “what’s next bridge” when that day comes.

I will leave you with this, many drop out because they will go for months with no gains, these plateaus happen and they deceptively look like no gains, but I believe much is still happening.

Consistency and persistence are your best friends in this game.

Today I got home late from the office so have kids to watch until mom gets home.

Throughout the day every time I went to the bathroom I did some stretches and holds.

Tonight will be more of the same stuff. Might not jelq as much due to time and needing to get up early but will cross that bridge when I get to it later.

Jelqing (unsure of amount)
19 minutes Bathmate 90% erection.

Notes: I will not be measuring tonight as planned due to it being an “on” day and still having to get after it tonight.
