Thank you! It goes together for me. When I’m working out I’m doing PE. Right now I’m switching between upper body workout days and lower body workout days. Once I get in the swing I will start targeting muscle groups.

Weekend weigh in. 222lbs and 27% body fat. Been killing my workouts but my PE schedule has been a little off due to privacy and timing. About to start a more advanced supplement stack to try and maximize strength gains and fat loss. I will have to double check the forum rules before I post about it.

That’s a complete typo should be 6.375 BPEL

Day 2 experimenting with dark web pharmaceuticals (which I don’t recommend). 25mg of clomiphene for 2 days and 10mg tadalafil (every other day) has increased my ballsack size by 30%. Same extra volume applies to cum loads. Took it for a 3rd day but have to stop because I’m getting a blood test for hormone levels in 2 weeks and I want to know what baseline is.

Edit; I have always had a very small ball sack so I don’t know if these results are typical

I feel like I’m finally seeing some weight loss results in the mirror. I’m 1 month in so that’s encouraging to me. I bet I’m 3-5 months from being “fit again”

Week 2 of being stuck at 222lbs. I’ve lost a belt size and my shoulders are looking bigger. Scale ain’t everything.

Also had the hardest morning wood of the week which is telling me I need more sleep on weekdays.

Took 1000mg turkesterone and pre workout and absolutely hammered my workout. I’m down that pound I was looking for last week. So far I have only had 5 non workout days this month.

I’m getting great morning wood and higher EQ erections. I’m still barely over a month in on my PE and workout journey so I can’t speak on any major gains just yet.

Measured myself today and no gains. I guess I’m just going to do my pre shower conditioning routine until I’m able to dedicate more time.

My workout routine is going strong. I’m basically just trading fat for muscle because I’m looking better but can’t seem to drop below 220lbs.

On rest day 3. Hopefully today I remember to get more cocoa butter. Currently awaiting blood tests to come back before I decide if I’m going to start TRT.

Blood tests came back. 750ng/dl total test. That’s almost double what I was 8 years ago. Don’t think I will be able to get doctor approved TRT now. To the UGL!
