Minotaur's manual stretching progress

The journey towards bigger and healthier penis continues. I’ve been doing 10 minutes of manual stretching downwards for the last couple of days. I will increase stretching time gradually. Today I will dedicate my time to edging and stretching.

Measurements: BPEL: 7,5”, MEG: 5.3”, BPFSL: 7,7”.

5 min warm up followed by 12 min of stretching downwards. Penis felt sore from all the edging yesterday. Session was not ideal, I had issues with grip strength and erection level. Still learning how much force to apply when stretching, more precisely how to progressively apply it. I believe some deep breathing exercises and visualization might help with that. Took zinc and folic acid.

The more you can shock the body out of homeostasis, the better IMHO.

Varying the “routine” keeps the body guessing and helps keep you from stagnation and general boredom. I run under the weight lifting model of gaining: exhaustion/rest, exhaustion/rest, with periods of max load reps to push to a new max.

This is not to say it performs like a muscle, but the connective tissues seems to have a similar response to similar stresses as weight lifting.
I even kegel and edge with weight on my head, or put on something stretchable but a little constricting and push against that.

Where my past routines have differed from weight training has been hanging and swinging small weight in various directions and speeds. Also, if you might have noticed, when you sit on the crapper you tend to get fuller in shaft and head, use that and kegel in more blood, vary pressure and speed.

Slap it around sometimes, you might be surprised at the response your dick gives.

At this part of my routine yes, but I will increase time each week, until I get to 30 - 40 minutes. I also try to stretch every time I go to toilet.

Hey beyond9, I agree with you on keeping things mixed up. Our bodies tend to adapt to applied forces/stress quickly. I will try to utilize it in my PE journey. Thanks for the tips, and I wish you best of luck also.

Today I stretched SD for 12 minutes, with toilet paper as a grip aid. Worked great.

I had a lot of free time today, so I edged couple of times and did reverse kegels. I also stretched for 12 minutes, mostly SD. This time penis remained flaccid, I am very satisfied. Took zinc and folic acid.

12 minutes of manual stretching downwards, but with slight erection half of the session. Grip is not perfect yet but I am working on it. I took zinc and folic acid and can already notice firmer and bigger testicles.

12 min of downward stretching, with additional stretching (40 - 60 seconds) anytime I use the toilet. Today I had bigger hang and my penis was very stretchable during exercises. I am holding each stretch for about 90 seconds. It was really enjoyable session. I took zinc and folic acid.

I have just finished another manual stretching session - 12 minutes, SD. Penis remained flaccid and I had good grip. I will edge later and do some reverse kegels. Took zinc and folic acid, my testicles are still getting bigger.

Have you tried abstinence to increase semen volume?

6 to 7 days abstinence looks to be the sweet spot.

Yes I have, it definitely works. In my experience more days than that don’t necessarily mean greater increase.

Today’s routine: 12 minutes of downward stretching. It wasn’t great, my penis didn’t want to be stretched today haha.

15 minutes of manual stretching SD, went well. I am beginning to think that I might gain glans size due to pressure during stretches.
