Hello everyone,
I am long time member/lurker on this amazing site and this is my first post. I have been thinking about doing the progress report for some time and finally decided to start one. I am 27, uncut and have been involved in PE on and off since 2015., primarily jelqing and edging. My starting size was BPEL: 6.7” and MEG: around 5”. Currently my BPEL is 7.4” and my MEG is 5.2”. My routine is focused on length and consists of manual stretches and kegels/reverse kegels. Primary goal: hit 8” BPEL.

Parallel with PE I am working on losing fat and getting in shape, as well as increasing ejaculation volume. I hope this diary will keep me (and possibly others) motivated and consistent. Lot of work ahead, let’s go!

Great mindset, i wish you good luck and i am 100% sure that you will hit your goal if you stay consistent.

How is your manual stretching routine? What about total duration, angles and most importantly your grip?

Hey Gentlepsychopath, thank you for your kind words. I am very glad you commented since your progress report motivated me in great measure to start manual stretching routine myself. I haven’t been consistent with manual stretching in the past, I think one week was my record haha. But this time I will be dedicated.

I started my routine today, just finished 10 minutes of stretching downward, and will progress from there to 30 minutes I guess. I pull with moderate tension as long as I can hold, nothing extra strong. For grip I use piece of cloth, it works very well, and reverse OK grip one inch below my glans.

My win win routine!

Get yourself an oral-b electric toothbrush. It has a built-in timer. Put some paste on your brush. Grab hold of your member and pull. 30 sec. Later a pulse. Relax and pull again. After three more sets(?) Start over. You get your pulling exercise in with no interruptions and you get amazing WHITE teeth.

Downward stretching for 10 minutes, holding each stretch for ~ 70 seconds. I used rubber gloves, they worked perfectly. I also stretched for 30 seconds whenever I went to toilet.

Great start, remember at the beginning less is always more. Also i want you to relax into the stretched length and not try to pull in order to keep the stretch going.

Have you tried the V grip?

Thanks for the tips. I am doing stretches like you mentioned, easing into them. No I haven’t tried V grip yet, but I think I will give it a shot.

Today I stretched downward, again for 10 minutes; felt slight soreness around the base. Tomorrow I will measure my BPFSL before and after routine to gauge its effectiveness.

10 minutes of downward stretches. Measured my BPFSL before workout: 7.6”. I didn’t manage to do it after workout because I got slight erection and didn’t have patience to let it fade away.

On Sunday I stretched downward for 5 minutes and then did some reverse kegels. Monday: day off. I started exploring the subject of bad posture and it’s effect on EQ and size, more precisely anterior pelvic tilt. I am thinking of starting some easy routine to follow, e.g. Hip flexor stretches, glute bridges, abdominal exercises and so on.

12 minutes of stretching. Took ashwagandha, it’s very good for relaxation and hormone balance.

12 minutes of stretching downward. Penis felt more stretchable than usual. After stretching I edged for 15 minutes and did reverse kegels.

Friday: 12 minutes of manual stretching, downwards only.

Saturday: also 12 minutes of manual stretching, but I alternated straight out and downward angles. I found out if I stretch downwards while sitting, I can get better/easier stretch than when standing. But I could be wrong. I also edged for 30 minutes after stretching, with some reverse kegels.

Today will be rest day.

On Monday I didn’t do any PE. Today I felt horny, and decided to do some jelqing. I started the session with five minutes of testicle massage and then jelqed and edged back to back for 40 minutes. After I was done I took a shower and stretched downwards and straight out for 10 minutes. I was surprised that my penis remained flaccid during stretching.
