I am starting week 6 now, I am at 40 jelqs. I just had a 3 day break because I simply couldn’t do PE for pratcical reasons…Shame, since its the last week before my break, and I was feeling good every time…so today I did 30 instead ( I have a date this evening, don’t want to overdo anything ), will continue up to 40 again, maybe add another week.
I think I have found the reason for my red dots…I had never really went into sessions gradually…now I Start the first few light pressure, and gradually get up to full pressure after 10 or015 strokes. Havent had dots since I am carefull with that.
