Not exactly true. Extender theory works on extremely gradual and no matter what, if you get hurt, gains are not likely to come. So it’s about how much you can comfortably stand. If you want to push past red dots, you can. I just don’t know how effective it will be.

Your logic makes sense. But it’s your call and your penis. I can’t exactly balance your routine.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

No I think I will go with your logic…pushing past red dots doesnt seem a good idea…I like to feel that I have a healthy penis…. I just hope it works.

And why should going to hard on your penis stop gains? I am aware that its not a good thing to overdo it, because you risk injuring yourself badly etc, but as you said your penis cant tell the time, so nor does it know that its growing, or that growing is a good thing…I mean its not like a plant…..even if I was to injure myself, cellular division ( which if Ive understood correctly is why the jelqing works ) would still occur!?

Im not saying I want to go too far, but just curious on why really people say that a non healthy penis wont grow…

After all cellular division occurs because we “injured” the penis tissue…?

The answer is simple and why we do not yank our penises with trailer hitches. Pain still causes a reaction that makes the penis resist any sort of stimulation. There are techniques and devices that ignore this advice. They are high risk. I do not recommend them. A penis that resists stimulation due to pain will not grow. There will be an injury with too much pain.

A penis cannot tell time. A penis can tell what feels good or bad. Nerves and pain receptors only have one job and a penis has plenty of both.

I now have a routine planned. ( which I have just started )
Of course before every session theres a warm up ( 10 minute rice sock )
2 days on 1 day off
Wet jelqs,just slightly lower grip than usual, specialy at the begining of the routine, but still effective blood trapping.
Long jelqs, maybe 3 to 4 seconds
Throughout the routine watch (and preferably write down) the following:
Positive signs ( Good EQ, frequent wood, redness and fullness just after session, general flaccid state…. )
Negative signs ( Poor EQ and wood, red dots, too much ache in penis, shrivelled flaccid )

Day 1: 6 jelqs
Day 2: 8 jelqs
Day 3 Rest
Day 4 10 jelqs
Day 5 ( thats today ) 10Jelqs
Continue 10 jelqs for 1 week ( including off days )
Day 12: 12 jelqs
Day 13: 14 jelqs
Day 14: 16 jelqs

Thats just 2 weeks of routine, but as it might want to be modified at some time ( as you said my penis cant tell the time or date so I might need more or less strokes earlier or later depending on my positive/negative signs after sessions )

What do you think? Thats going nice and easy. I am at 10 strokes, and havent had any negative effects. I have have positive effects like redness and heavier feeling penis after a session.

If you have had positive physiological indicators and no negative ones then you are on the right track. There is no shame in starting with a small routine and working your way up. What you can handle and what is useful for you is all that matters.

You have the right idea. Just take it easy, pay attention to your dick and keep at it. Sounds like you should be able to avoid the red dots and discomfort and still see gains sometime soon. Very good.

So I’ve been on 12 jelqs for a week, today I did 14. Tommorrow 16, then 18 etc etc…till I get to 20 or 25 probably, then stick on that for a week. Today I got a red dot but hardly visible, I think its going to fade before tommorrow. I find that some sessions feel alot more confortable than others, because of how soft my penis feels. I’m not just talking about percentage of erection, for example I could be 70% erect one day and 70% another day ( basically the same length ) but one day I would feel like the inside of my penis is softer and more reactive to jelqing, another day the inside woud fee harder and less reactive, a bit like there was tension…maybe it is just percentage of erection, but there is a certain point at which I find is perfect, but I cant attain that every time. Say you’ve just had sex, your penis is nice and full and big but soft, that would feel a good time for me…I did over 10 minutes warm up this morning, ( because it being the morning, my penis probably needs more of a wake up ) I often look at a bit of porn to awaken my penis while warming up, so that even if I get a full erection, that would fill the “corpus cav…” to max, then I obviously let it come down to a reasonnable erection level in order to jelq safely.

If I had a spontanious erection, it would be a better erection than if I forced myself to become erect by watching porn for example. Basically thats when you feel horny. And thats the time that the penis feels receptive to jelqing. I did masturbate a few times this week so maybe thats the reason… But sometimes I get that horny feeling ( which often goes with a generally fuller flaccid ) when I do have a lot of sex ( or masturbate ) so I’m not sure of te reason why. Thats also why I drink green tea with ginger all day long…To make me want to pee more often tends to make the penis fuller because you are partially holding it in, thus using the PC muscles? And ginger helps blood circulation so I thought thats good generally for a fuller penis, it be flaccid or erect.

At 20 jelqs now… very slow progression…will stick to 20 for a week, or maybe go up to 25, and then stick to 25 for a week…

Gain stability differs from person to person. Mine have been stable. So I haven’t has enough issues to say what sort of gains are more or less permanent.
