I just realised something that made my boner go down in 10 seconds…If you look at your penis with the ruler next to it, while bending over a little, you gain about 0.5cm. Great maybe that was all I was doing haha not too sure…BPEL while standing straight, no bending over in the future

Red ( very dark red, blackish purple ) dots again! This time after sex! I did an 80 jelq session (maybe erection level was too high, or my strokes lasted too long ) and didnt notice any dots ( maybe a fex tiny ones ). About 5 hours later I had sex with my girlfriend, evrything was normal…when I went to wash my penis I noticed a huge ( 5mm again ) blackish red dot on the side of my penis…maybe I just hadnt noticed it after the jelqig session, but maybe the sex was enough stress on the penis for them to occur!? I doubt that, my sex was not unusually rough…

But that I guess calls for another week off:(

I was wondering how to go about a break like this…either I try leave my unit alone for a week, avoiding sex/masturbation, or I have sex/masturbate every day…

Ive decided to go with the second option…I wouldnt want my penis to heal in a shrunken up sort of state, so I try to arouse myself throughout the day as much as possible. Its the same as if I was not on an injury break really.

That night I realised the dots after sex scared me to death, at one point my penis was looking quite a darker colour, and my mind was saying to me, ” my dick is gonna drop off”! Scared the s**t out of me, any way I will be back on the routine shortly. I really have to work on my jelqs, as for me I think a tiny difference makes all the difference. For example jelqing 2 seconds or 5 per stroke, with lots of force or a little less, 80% erect or 70%…maybe I got a bit too erect that day…I hope to find the balance one day.

Ive been back on the routine for a week now, at 70 jelqs. Its been over 6 months now. Something I havebeen wondering…would it be possible to have gained a little length while have kept the same girth with only jelqing? I think my girth has not moved from the start, but then again it may have got thicker nearer the glans, as when I measure girth, its from near the base, which is where my girth is most. It feels to me that another 3 months without clear gains could mean I stop altogether…(then I might lose what I may have gained and realise ! haha)

Should I just keep being patient? I got a few dots yesterday from 70 jelqs ( nothing enough to take a weeks break for ) which may sujest that 70 jelqs is the right amount for me.

I feel I should keep going like this and see. Some of you may see this as a waste of time ( 70 jelqs being not alot ) .

I shall get my girth measured again at different places, using diferent methods.

Something weird happened yesterday (a rest day )…after sex my penis went flaccid and shriveled up which is normalhalf the time ( sometimes it stays semi erect a long time and I keep a good sized flaccid all day, I love that ) and I could feel an ache. Its happened before, after sex, but it was enough to put me off my session of jelqing. And I am wondering whether to do my session today as I feel my penis needs a rest…But Ive been taking rests very frequently the past month, and I dont want to overdo them! Also probably got a RDV with a girl tonight so dont want to risk anything…my penis always feels more alive after a break…Woke up this morning with an infection which I dont think is anything to do with jelqing, peeing does not hurt but I had a drop or two of infected liquid come out my urethea upon awakenig this morning…quite disgusting I have never had that before…

If this keeps going go see a doc and check for STD or a prostate infection.

And yes when you observe shriveling for more than 1-2 hours tops the penis needs rest. You got that right.

Just come back from 3 weeks holiday, so no jelqing there…its been since the 12th of july in fact, because I needed rest. So over a months rest. Docter got me to test for bladder infection, result was negative. So now waiting for results for chlamydia…I will wait for the results, get better, and get back onto jelqing.

Some peope seem to gain while having extra long breaks?!? I havent seen any gains since the begining of my break…Maybe I’l get some gains from another few months jelqing, once I get started again. Wishfull thinking?

Hey i have exactly 18.6 cm too but a bit more girth.What works for me is heating for 10 min and jelqing very very slowly,like 5 seconds strokes.I do either 50 or 100 of those depending on how tired my hands are.Also when i jelq my penis is engorged with blood but not erect/hard,this gives me the chance to jelq and stretch at the same time and i add a bit of force too.By the 40-50 jelq my fingers start to get really really tired.Before jelqing i usually grasp the head of penis almost with all my hand and stretch it straight out as much as i can.I hold the stretching as much as i can(1-2 minutes).I repeat 2 or 3 times,than i do the same thing but behind the cheeks.Flaccid length will get noticeably longer in just a few weeks if you don’t have loose ligs.My target is 19 cm bone pressed,just like you.I hope i get it by the end of September,or maybe sooner.

I had tried sretching, but I never really liked it, because it caudsed pain on my glans, also it took up quite alot of time. I am trying to get tunica gains, which I beleive are also more permanent. What girth do you have? Have you gained? I do like to do very slow jelqs aswell, because it feels more effective, but still have not had gains from any PE.

PS My girth is at the base of the penis, my glans is not as large, and enlarging my glans is something I hope jelqing can do for me.

Right now i’m around 5.5” girth mid shaft and last time i measured 18.6 bone pressed,17cm non bone pressed.(it varies depending on how i stand,but 17 cm is the biggest measurement).I started more seriously a week ago,with tunica stretches and flaccid jelqing.I target length for now.I will keep you updated.Your glans shouldn’t hurt from stretching,even if you grab by it or squeeze it.You should search around for how to correctly stretch your penis.I normally make an ok sign behind the glans and with the rest of the fist i grab by the head,but the pressure is mostly behind the glans.

After 2 and a half months break, I think its about time to start PE’ing again….I will be doing only wet jelqs. If I am lucky, gains will come like quite a few who claim that gains came after a good break……opinions?

Gains are based on doing the right routine the right amount at the right time. Rest and breaks help but…be easy on your unit. Reading through your posts you have seen a lot of dots and shriveled flaccid state. That says you push a bit harder than some would recommend. Remember, it’s no race. You gain best with the proper amount of force, not the most that your penis can safely withstand.

But being fresh off a break is prime time to gain. So, here is wishing you good luck.
