Hey !

So I’m 25 years old, sexually quite active, never had any problem with a girl despite a seemingly very modest size, especially compared to some of the dudes here, of (measured 11/30/2019) BPEL 5.6 inches and MEG 4.5 / 4.6 inches

Two things motivating me to do PE : first is, with some girls, I felt that there was “room” for more girth (especially “milfs”), and so it would be cool to have it, and second, in some positions, I “slip out” quite easily, so.. A little more length would be cool too !

Girth is still my main goal though, and I’d like to be at 5 inches girth in a few months.

Here’s my current newbie program (started 11/30/2019) to achieve girth gains (5 inches or more MEG) in a few months !

So I start warming up with very light wet jelqs for 5 min.
Then I do slow jelqs (5 to 7 seconds) for maybe 10 mins,
Then I finish with Uli, as I read that it was good for girth ! I do maybe 10 or 15 of them and I hold every uli for 20 sec more or less, then I wait 20 other seconds before doing another.

I’m planning to do that for a few months, every day.

I have to emphasize that I surely want gains, but I want even more not to break my dick ! So I want to be very prudent with that.

What do you think of my routine ? Please give me your feedback, it would be helpful !

Looks to be a good starting routine to me. However, I would add in some light stretching before hand or at least on off days. It should help with girth. (Stretching the fibers in more than one way)

Shy away from the ULI’s to start.

I’ll add that then. By the way, is it a problem if I do these in no particular order ? (switching in one session from jelqs, to ulis, to streches, to jelqs, to ulis.)

Hey Titleist, too bad you say that as it was my fav exercice so far ! I can almost see instant girth gains after doing 5 of them ! And I’m not always doubting myself if I’m doing them right, with the right tension, right amount of erection.. As it is with Jelqs (more complicated for me).

When do you think I should incorporate them ?

I would consider myself at a “competent” level. So I will just say, listen to the veterans and experts. Most important thing for me has been heat, experimenting, and patience. Lastly, if you are successfully gaining, even with a “newbie routine,” don’t change it.

I do not believe it matters in which order you stretch/Jelq. I feel that whichever order you are more likely to stay consistent with is the one you should do.

Regardless, I think at least some form of light stretching has a definite place in any routine.

I generally do my routine at night before I sleep and while being under the quilt cover for at least 30 mins. Do you consider this being a good “heat” condition ?

Don’t you think the stretch at the end of every jelq is a stretch by itself ?
And if not, for how long does one stretch usually lasts when you’re doing just stretching ?

I do believe that the stretch at the end of a Jelq is also a type of stretch but not with as much benefit as actual stretching. Another benefit of stretching is the ability to stretch in different directions to stress all areas of your penis. It’s also just a simple way to get more out of your jelqing.

I do 2 sets of 5 way stretches holding for 30-45 sec before jelqing. And I do one set of 5 way stretches on my off days.

There is a ton of information here on heat, but this is from a recent thread by longerstretch in the PE public forum. He says,

“Therapeutic heat: ideal heat should be 102 to 110 F (38.9- 43.3 C). 45°C and up causes tissue death, below this and the connective tissue will not behave like we want it to in the stretch . I don’t mean warm up either. I don’t warm up. This heat is a tool only to be used under a tensile load. A natural cool down (no ice) is advised after heat and this as well will be under tension.”

This heat is recommended for stretching in other words. And the newbie routine suggests 5 minutes of manual stretches after heat wrap and before jelqs. There is so much knowledge on the forums.

Knock off the ULI’s for at least 4 months, it’s unnecessary roughness. I recommend learning about your unit and establishing good technique right now. Your already doing a total jelq time of 15 minutes, which is plenty in the beginning.

When it comes to order of exercises, whichever provides the best EQ is the answer. A big rule of thumb in PE is if it’s working well, don’t change it.

OK, understood !:

-When I stretch, should I stretch non-stop in the 5 min stretching while changing the orientation of the stretch every 30sec, or should I pose every 30sec ? If I do, how long should I pose ?

-I have a weird sensation just below the glans when I jelq and I’m aroused, as if there’s precum trapped in there. So sometimes I masturbate, I cum, pose for 5 minutes then I continue my jelqs. Is there a problem with that ?

-I do kegels when I jelq, (3 sec kegel before every jelq), should I do another series of kegels at the end alone or not ?

By the way, I’m still doing maybe 2 or 3 ulis per session, just to take down my erections when I’m jelqing and I get at 100%. Is it okay if it’s only 2 or 3 ?

I’d have to agree with what the other guys said about refraining from the ulis for a couple months. They are by no means necessary in the begging and you are only increasing your risk of injury. You have one penis.

Hi Carl. It is a good thing to do kegels several times a day, during work, school etc. It is a great exercise to do with your clothes on in company of others. Nobody will notice that you are «working» ;)
