First Week Hanging
About 10 years ago (crazy how time flies huh) I found pegym and did the newbie routine (jp90 I believe it was called), followed by a very jelq heavy routine where I would do long jelqing sessions up to an hour or more. I think at the time I had gained somewhere between 1/4" and 1/2" in length and about 1/2" in girth. The funny thing was for whatever reason my jelq form was never consistent (left hand weaker than right?) so probably 80% of the girth I had gained was just on the right side of my penis. Life got in the way and I kind of forgot about PE as a whole. The gains from back then are long gone, except for a bit of the girth remained permanent but the length has reverted to original size.
I have some free time now and have decided to dive down the PE rabbit hole again. I have been doing the newbie routine for a few weeks but not sure if I’ve gained anything from it as I haven’t measured until a few days ago.

BPEL: 6.5"
MSEG: 5.5"
Goal for the time being is to gain length as I’m already pretty happy with my girth.
Started hanging for the first time a few days ago with a homemade hanger. Plan for first few weeks is a total of between 1-2hr per day at 2.5lbs, 20 minute sessions, 10min breaks in between.
Hoping this thread will keep me consistent.
