Hello everyone,

After lurking here for a while I thought it’s time to say hi :-)
I am 40 years old and not new to PE. I was a member on the old CheekyCherry forum 10+ years back (or longer.can’t remember).
Back then I stuck to a regular routine for a couple of months (jelqing only) and had some solid gains but stopped shortly after (RL trouble pretty much shifted my priorities).
So after a very long break I decided to start again and first searched for the CC forum again. I realised it doesn’t exist anymore but instead I found you guys here and immediately realised that this forum is a LOT bigger and contains a LOT more content (not to mention older? Don’t know.)

My starting stats are (as of 08.01.2018):
BPEL 12,8 cm (approx. 5 in)
MEG 11 cm (approx. 4,3 in)
Note: I assume MEG means middle erect girth? Please correct me if I am wrong.

My ultimate goal is 6,5 to 7 inches in length and a proportional girth size along with that (5-5,5 in maybe?).

My current routine:
- 5 min warm up (warm/hot water)
- 15-25 mins of wet jelqing (60-80% erect) depending on how my member feels that day.
Note: I am sticking to that session length for now as my unit feels fully worked out and quite “swollen” afterwards.
- 5 mins warm down (warm/hot water)
- Several 1 hour stretching sets (with 5-10 min interruption to increase circulation again) with an old FastSize extender unit I bought back then.
- Several 20 mins sets of hanging with a beginner’s metal ball hanging set (see attached pic) throughout the rest of the day.
Note: All stretching is done with a heat source (hot water bottle). The metal ball itself is not very heavy but it still gives me a good stretch feeling in the shaft and I like it a lot more compared to the extender. It also feels more intense compared to the extender. The only disadvantage is that I cannot apply a heat source as easily as I did so far with the FastSize extender. I find it important to keep my unit warm to promote good healing and to prevent turtling.
I am using the hanger for the third day in a row now and am really satisfied with the purchase. Anyone else with experience with that kind of hanger around here? If so please chime in. I might go with a more β€œtaxing” hanging setup down the road but for now I simply want to see if I can achieve gains combined with the wet jelqing and the proper warm up and warm down routine.
- Current training is 4 days on and 3 off (Sometimes 5 on and 2 off).

Judging from the picture, the string looks thin and could lead to discomfort or aggression onto your veins.

Yes, I wrapped most of the elastic cord that comes into direct contact with the shaft with a sick layer of microfibre cloth so that there is no irritation.
The only thing I haven’t figured out yet is the optimum tension on the noose to have it tight enough to stay but loose enough to allow good circulation. I accidentally had the correct tension a few times which allowed me to wear the hanger up to one hour without a problem. I prefer this hanger so much over the fastsize extender already!

The recommendation is to exhaust the gains from manuals exercises before start using equipments.

Looking at your routine I could noticed that you’ve got plenty of stress coming from manuals alone, not to count the heavy schedule.

Back then were you a more is more type of gainer?

That one is difficult to answer as I have no records anymore how much I gained and how long I PEd exactly. It’s been a while ago but I remember that I always preferred a stronger workout. I remember that I had quite a heavy manual routine at that time which I build up gradually up to 45 mins wet jelqing. I am a very fast healer in general meaning that wounds are closing rapidly etc. Pp.

I also do not use the fastsize extender with a lot of pressure. I basically just used it so far to keep a flaccid extended state (I am not a shower.yet) with a super light tug after the manual part, not more. I remember reading back then and also now that the extended tissue is key in gaining while healing (as well as warmth) so one should prevent turtling at any cost. This is basically what I do with the ball hanger now (I think it is only around 150-200 grams) and before that with the fastsize extender (I don’t think I will use both). So the way my routine is structured I aim to break up the tissue with the jelqing and keep the tissue extended with the ball hanger while applying a heat source for a couple of hours after that to assist the healing in an extended state.

As mentioned I really try to listen to my body in case of intensity. I am on my 17th day in total and 3rd day using the ball hanger (instead of the fastsize unit) and so far it just feels really good. No problem at all beside the feeling of a bit of soreness IF I “accidentally” get one off while jelqing ;-) I also do daily kegel training (“Prostate aerobics” if anyone is interested. Awesome android app) I will still keep a very close eye on the feedback I get from my body of course and scale down as soon as/if I get the slightest red flag. Thanks for your input!

Today’s routine was better than anticipated as I didn’t really feel like PEing at all at the beginning of the day.
Nevertheless I put in a solid 20 minute session of jelqing which felt quite good to my surprise. I don’t do the classic jelqs but a rapid left and right alternation of “thumb jelqs” as I call them. It is like an OK grip but most of the pressure is on the side of the shaft brought on by a hooked thumb. The rapid alternation lets my member flow like a snake alongside the hooked thumbs during the movements. Sorry for the flimsy description but I don’t know how to describe it any other way. I have a visible curvature to the left which is already getting less after about 3 weeks in now. I am hanging a lot bigger flaccid already and same goes for my balls which were mostly very close to the body before I started PE again. I did not measure my flaccid length on purpose as it was all over the place.

I am now in my 3rd hour of hanging with the ball hanger and feel a slight tension in the ligaments both on the left and right side. It seems that I also finally found the correct noose length as I am now able to hang up to one hour without a problem with circulation and am currently in my 3rd set for the planned 5 hours in total for today. I checked back on the product details and can now confirm that the metal ball has a weight of approx. 200 grams which I find perfect to prevent any turtling after the manual part of the workout. I continue to work with added heat (hot water bottle) of course which keeps my member spongy and provides further support for a good circulation (veins under the skin stay well engorged for as long as I keep my shaft warm). Today is the last workout day for the week. Rest days ahead.
Even though I am familiar with the routine from back then I would not have imagined that PE would feel so good!

Update:

PE sessions performed (since last posting):
- 20.01.: No jelqs, about 30 mins hanging
- 22.01.: 20 mins jelqs, about 3,5 hours hanging in total (3x1 hour sets and 1x 30 mins)
- 23.01.: 15 mins jelqs, about 3 hours hanging in total (3x1 hour sets)
- 24.01.: 10 mins jelqs, about 3 hours hanging in total
- 25.01.: No jelqs, about 2,5 hours so far. Probably 3-4 hours in total today depending on the family situation ;-)

All sessions have been performed with a proper warm up and warm down before and after the jelqs.
I stopped wearing underwear for most of the day and my god what a different it makes in case of the hanging and showing!
Also still doing daily kegel training and started doing testicle massage as per Mantak Chia’s “Multi-orgasmic man”.

All sessions with jelqing felt good and proper. Body says: Goooooooooood! And so I continue to listen :-P
I decided to only do the first measurement after 3 months. Also planning to get a bathmate to replace the warm up and warm down times with it.
Will have to experiment with the intensity I guess but as the cash flow is a bit slower at the beginning of the year that will have to wait a couple of months anyway.

It’s been a while since I updated my log and I thought it’s time to post again.
Since my last post I followed my standard routine for a total of 14 days with 2-3 off days per week in between. I also had a visitor for a week including one weekend which added another couple of forced off days. I did not change my routine a bit and am still wet jelquing (15-25 mins) and hanging with that simple ball hanger. My flaccid length has increased tremendously and I stopped wearing tight underwear which really makes a difference in blood circulation. I go without underwear whenever I can as well.

I also continued kegel workouts but a bit less regular. I mainly do 4-5 second holds whenever I think about it. I can already see now that I got gains both in length as well as in girth. What I also know for sure is that warmth is doing the trick for me. I am not only warming up and down but keep a heat source during hanging at all times to keep the tissue flexible and support the healing process. I was used to masturbate frequently but tuned that down to about once every 5-10 days to also support the healing process.

My member feels very different in a very good way. I enjoy the workouts more and more which I never thought I would as in the beginning it felt like a chore.

I want to stick to the plan to only measure at the 3 month mark which would be the 8th April.

Another update:

Followed my schedule with less consistency for jelqing as I had to take care of my 3 year old son who was home sick for more than a full week. Hanging was also difficult due to the fact that the missus was around more frequently working from home (she doesn’t know about my PE routine). All in all I still feel I made some progress. Workouts on those days were as follows (hanging divided into 1 hour sessions with the same ball hanger as before):

18.02. - no jelqing - 2 hours hanging
19.02. - short jelqing session about 10 mins - 5,5 hours hanging
20.02. - no jelqing - 2 hours hanging
21.02. - no jelqing - 5,5 hours hanging
22.02. - no jelqing - about 1 hour hanging
23.02. - no jelqing - 4 hours hanging
24.02. - no jelqing - 1 hour hanging
25.02. - no jelqing - 1,5 hours hanging
26.02. - no jelqing - no hanging

27.02. - about 15 mins jelqing - 3 hours hanging (slightly increased weight from here on out)
28.02. - about 30 mins jelqing - 2 hours hanging
01.03. - no jelqing - 2 hours of hanging
02.03. - no jelqing - no hanging
03.03. - no jelqing - no hanging
04.03. - no jelqing - 2 hours of hanging
05.03. - 25 mins jelqing - 3,5 hours of hanging

I would need some input from the hanging pros here when is the time to increase weight and by how much. I remember clearly that it was stated that the tension should be moderate to light because not much stretch is needed to condition the tissue if done over a long period of time on a daily basis. The original metal ball that came with the hanger is about 180 g while the added weight is 140 g. I basically attached a sealable pouch with one of the biggest batteries to the metal ball. The tension feels as strong as in the beginning with just the ball maybe even a bit stronger. I now have to unattach and reattach more often within the hour than before which seems logical to me. Any input greatly appreciated.

Time for another update. Nothing special to report except the fact that flaccid length now seems to be consistency “showing”. More consistent and stronger erections.

I am really happy about the first measurement results and will just continue what I am doing.

Hi RomeoPlus,

I got it from Aliexpress. If you search for “penis ball weight” you should get a couple of results. I wrapped the noose with a soft piece of fabric so the skin doesn’t get irritated. I can wear it for a full hour without a problem and I gained about half a cm in about 3 months which is much more than I expected. Always apply warmth while stretching! It makes a huge difference in my personal stretching experience. Let me know if you have any further questions about the device.

Unfortunately life got pretty busy which forced me to stop my regimen since my last post (accepted full time employment again next to my own business). I only started again today and will continue for this month. I don’t think I lost any of what I have gained in the meantime but I have not measured so I can’t tell for sure. I will do the measuring in July as announced to see if I gained more until then or not.
