Hello, this will be my first post here. I started PE program a couple month ago, and I found this forum so why not give it a try.

My stats are
BPEL: 5.8”
EG: 5.3”
BP-FL: 3.9”
FG: 3.9”

As you can see, I might be a grower. I hope I could gain in length for a couple next weeks, your advice is very welcome for me.

Today I keep trying to figure out how to doing v stretch correctly and now I know how to doing it right. Just doing the same routine as last week, 5 minutes warm up, manual stretching 10-15 minutes and jelq 15 minutes

Your erect stats are higher than your flaccid, making you a grower. To be a shower, would be the other way around, flaccid being bigger than erect.

I would stay away from v-stretches for now, they could be quite advanced for a fresh cock.

what is your goal with pe?

i would stick with jelquing and basic stretches. focus some on downward stretches, I feel they target the ligaments a lot and makes for a bigger flaccid hang.

you could also try some bundled/twisted stretches. but be gentle to begin with.

My goal is to get BPEL 17 cm or maybe 6.9” (honestly I don’t understand using inches ruler).

Yes doing downward stretches is good, I feel my flaccid dick looks longer just for a couple minutes though, and sadly it’s going back to normal again after doing PE. Maybe any idea how to gain in length fast? Thank you

Stretch for longer time more Frequent. Increase in increments.

Week 1 done. 5 days on and I’m off for next 2 days. I planned to measure my progress every 4 weeks. I hope there’s some gain that I could achieve. Keep my mind in positive way.

Key is to be consistent and monitor what works for you and what does not.

If you get no gain you will still have valuable info on what you might need to tweak.

Just measured my EG and it was 5.4” and I thought that’s why my dick looks thicker. I think this week I should doing more stretching then last week

Week 2 done. I feel my dick is a little bit longer and bigger, and my EQ getting better. I’ll measured it in 2 weeks.

Update after 1 month
BPEL 5.9”
EG 5.5”

I’ll be doing stretching only for the next 3 weeks because I want to focus on length first. Sadly I’ll be off for 1 month because I need to focus on my fasting though, but I keep doing kegels every day.

Started February 20Th 2017

Started at 6.1EL 4.9GL

Current at 7.1EL 5.52GL

Am very pleased with my gains and am not stopping any time soon

My routine, actually I just do it without proper planning but I take 45minutes in total in the shower doing just stretching and 100% elect jelqing

Jelqing 400jelqs(4=1jelq*100)strokes 3 sets

Stretching for 5minutes after every set

My goal 8”*6”
