Hello all,

This is more so going to be a periodic journal where I share my routine and log my growth monthly. I won’t be updating much as I’m going to be following this routine without fault. Currently my stats are:

BPEL: 6.25in
MSEG: 5.125in

I began years back but never really stuck with it. This time I’d like to be more organized and consistent in order to keep me motivated. I started my routine on May 8th. It goes as follows:

6 days on 1 day off.

10 minute warm up
20 minute V stretches
5 minute warm up
10 minute 3s jelqs

See you in a month’s time!

BPEL: 6.375. MSEG: 5.125. Bg: 5.5. NBPFL: 3.5

I’ve been continuing with my routine with the exception of missing about 5 days last month. My current stats are:

Stats (June 8): 6.5 length (6.75 stretched) x 5.5 MSEG 6 BG.

Good to see some growth in such a short time! Will be back in a month’s time to give an update.

Excellent gains in such a short time! Be sure to keep the routine steady. Biggest mistakes you can make is when you start changing what is working. Great going!


Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Thanks, I plan to continue the same routine until I hit a plateau (which is hopefully far off).

Hi Xordealz

I support TFG’s statement to go on but am a little skeptic about the intensity. Just received a clear overttraining diagnosis (in sports, not PE but still …) so I am a bit shellshocked and careful.

I would say switch to 5on/2off to have more rest/growth days and include a warm-down. Prevents injuries and overtraining.

Hey Richard,

I really do appreciate the concern, no sarcasm. I ran into an issue at one point where I tried to incorporate more than what I wrote on the routine and I was out of commission for a few days. This routine alone has given me no problems so far. If I do incur any other issues, I’ll report them for others to know and avoid.

This routine may work for me based off of my personal biology and the intensity of the actual workouts (they may be less intense than others on average).
