My progress with the LG Hanger
Little on my PE back ground, I tried manual stretching and jelqing in the past, it gave me zero gains and bad EQ.
Right now I’m doing a hanging only routine with the LG hanger, I started 3 weeks ago hanging 3 lbs for 1 hour everyday. Now I moved up to 8 lbs for 1 hour everyday. I’m hanging in the Straight down direction sitting on the edge of my chair.
My starting stats are,
6.25 BPEL
5.5 NBPEL
5 inch MEG
My first goal is to reach 6 NBPEL my long term goal is to ultimately reach 7.5 NBPEL but would be more than satisfied with 6.75 NBPEL.
