My diet is kicking in. I’ll be overseeing my gains closely and adapt accordingly. Hopefully I can get closer to 16cm EL by the end of the year. PE has already given me benefits beyond my expectations. It made me last much longer in bed, be able to stay erect after climax, get a bigger and stronger penis and it gave me confidence. Your progress log just made it to my favorites collection of logbooks. That is a perfect example.

Every recommeded component is there: accurate self-monitoring, keeping yourself in the zone of gains, living healthy and do some sports, Kegels, being critical towards devices but not categorically rejecting them, sufficient heat, scarcity of measuring for not loosing motivation and an overall positive mindset.

I am convinced you will reach your set one-year goal! And if ever I’m asked I can now just post a link to your log and say: read this, that’s exactly what I mean by being systematic in PE!

I am glad to hear that. I think the most disregarded exercise in PE are definitely kegels. They have helped me tremendously and I know they can be quite boring, that’s why I use the Xiib app, which I cannot recommend enough.

I have also started jelqing a bit differently. Before I would just jelq straight down with one hand (standard OK grip, alternate hands). Now I hold the base of my penis with one hand and jelq down with the other (also alternating between hands). It is more intense. When I feel like my penis is getting too soft, I kegel some blood in. Today I had a good session so hopefully I can maintain this momentum.

You are using exactly the same jelqing technique than I do. I can confirm it helps me finding my “perfect jelq” a lot.

I still have not seen any gains so I’ll up my regimen to 10 mins stretching and 22 mins jelqing. I have also been thinking about going 1 on 1 off, but I still feel that is not the correct way to do things as of yet.

Watch for PI’s too. They are just feedback given by your unit. You can interpret the Pi’s and modify your routine accordingly.

I am always on the watch for PIs! They’ve helped me to get where I am.

Also, I am currently trying scrotum stretching for a bit with my steel ring. My balls are normal sized, but I often get a feeling that they are in the way of my penis hanging straight down, so I’d like to stretch my scrotum just a touch and see if it makes any difference.

When your dick has absorbed the novelty of an intenser routine and growth still does nit shiw, I suggest you modify the routine frequency while staying stable in the design if the unit.

Which means doing the same but instead of 1on/2off switch to 2on/2off. And if then PI’s are still positive but no growth appears, even a 3on/2off can be done a month later.

Decide month by month after measuring which modolification you want to do. But change onky one single parameter (routine length or frequency or exercise used) per modification. It will help you finding the ideal routine design for your dick’s needs.

Great idea! I’ve done just that. I’m currently on a 1on 1off routine. 8-10 minutes stretching, 18 minutes jelqing. Using coconut oil and trying to hold back my foreskin back.

I’m trying to keep my foreskin pulled back throughout the day. I’m already seeing progress, so for those of you who want less foreskin, be it for whatever reason, I suggest keeping it pulled back for a while during the day. When I’m at home I also use Sterile skin closures and textile ban aid on a reel to keep my foreskin pulled back real nice. It works great!

As for the scrotum stretching, I’ve been stretching for 3 days with my 315g weighted ring and it’s enough. My scrotum has already stretched to the desirable position and it has stayed like that for a week now. It’s been surprisingly easy to do.

Gains

Yesterday, I has a great session and measured at around 15,2cm! That means everything is in place right now. The switch to 1on 1off and keeping it all the same was a great idea. Also, the new technique of jelqing is working wonders with me trying to retract my foreskin. I’m focused and going for more steady gains.

If you are wondering about my diet, I have a universal diet at 35/45/20 (protein, carbs, fat). I currently weigh 76kg and I eat 2100kcal/day. So that gives me around 183g of protein, 236g of carbs and 42g of fat per day. This is a very simple and good diet. I suggest beginning at 30/50/20, see what works for you and what doesn’t, then you can tweak it. I eat 1 salad a day and at least 1 piece of fruit a day. And obviously a lot of meat and a bit of curd every day. Nothing special.

Remember that giving your penis the right stimulus is what you want and that’s the hardest part, but when you don’t eat right, you are doing it all for nothing. Diet is key, so if you want to get the most out of your hard work, you better stop eating those bad foods and buy a bit of cheese, nuts, fruit and meat.

Update

I am currently still on the 1 on 1 off routine. Stretching 10 minutes, jelqing about 16-18 minutes, I always work up to around 90-95% erection level then I jelq until it goes below 60%. Then I get it near fully erect again. After that, I do my kegels and I added 5 minutes of Bathmate, since I just really like the device. I am currently feeling good and whenever I masturbate, I try to edge a lot. Seems to be helping. Also, keeping my foreskin pulled back in the day plus the new jelqing technique have both helped me with “reducing my foreskin”. By that I mean when I am erect, my foreskin goes behind the head of my penis. I am not really sure whether the penis to foreskin ratio has gotten better, but I certainly think so. Also, I reckon stretching with the foreskin pulled back helps a lot. Still 15,2cm, gains are consistent.

Not using the bathmate now. Just trying to focus on the steady gains. I might introduce dry jelqing instead of using coconut oil to bring the sensitivity down.

Gains?

Measured today at 15,5cm (6.10”) NBPEL! I will come back after a week or two to confirm this measurement. Thanks to the proper diet and working out 4 times a week again, I am experiencing more “fullness” and I am getting more morning wood, too. It was about time I got back to this level. Also, I am trying not to masturbate more than 2 times a week, because it just makes PE gains way easier for me. I am still keeping the routine as is until I get to a plateau.

I seem to be at around 15,4cm consistently. I do not expect any crazy gains now since it is winter. All my gains will become apparent when spring comes along. I might have to increase my jelqing time again. I am currently at 10 minutes of stretching and 20 minutes of jelqing, 1on 1off. The transition from 1on 2off was beneficial, but I wonder if increasing my jelqing time to around 24 minutes would help in any way now. I might try it. I will also try to read some threads on breaking plateaus in PE.

I am still on my way to new gains. I’ve been using my heating mat during every session for the past month, so that’s great. I have stopped masturbating (ejaculating/orgasming) completely and I just edge a little bit using my masturbator after each session. I currently have sex about once a week (meaning I orgasm quite a few times and I also have a fair share of fun in the morning). My stamina has increased significantly, so I will keep things as they are for the time being. I have not measured and neither do I intend to do so until I feel like it.
