Hey all

Just gonna keep a brief log of my progress here for myself and for others to see. Taking weekly measurements, currently using a modified Newbie Routine with more stretching on a 3 days on - 1 day off - 2 days on - 1 day off schedule. Only took BPSFL for the first week, will update with other measurements later today then weekly. Monthly verbose progress reports along with routine/schedule changes also due.

2015/06/09 - BPSFL 178mm

In addition to PE I am also restoring my foreskin using a TLC Tugger. I wear this for 4-6 hours per day, which primarily stretches shaft skin as well as minor stretching on the rest.

Day 13 - rest day!

I’ve settled into a good routine which fits around the rest of the day’s activities. I’m at the gym for an hour and a half on Mon,Wed,Thur,Fri in the late afternoon.
Mon - PE Rest day. Gym leg day.
Tue - Extended Newbie Routine. I currently do 10min stretches, 15min jelq, with warmups before, during and after. I’m aiming to increase stretch time by 2-4 mins and jelq time by 5-8 mins per week. Gym rest day (muh legs). Formal measurement day
Wed - Back from working upper body at the gym, jump in a hot bath for 20 mins. Normally I’ll read a book in the bath, for the last few minutes I’ll massage my penis a bit to make sure it’s all thoroughly warmed through. Out of the bath, carry out the extended newbie routine above. End with warmdown.
Thu - Gym cardio day. Same arrangement as above, bath+PE.
Fri - PE Rest day. Gym core+arms day.
Sat - Extended Newbie Routine, with bath
Sun - Extended Newbie Routine, with bath

All in all, 5 days a week of PE with 4 days of gym. Diet - because I’m working on lean gains, I go for 120-160g proteins per day, plus 5g creatine, plus 5g CLA, plus 350mg caffeine + 500mg green tea extract. May seem excessive but I’ve responded extremely well to everything so there’s no point stopping what works. I don’t think much of my diet would affect PE - the creatine helps water into muscle cells and so may help recovery of the smooth muscle within the penis, but probably won’t do anything for much else. Nothing else should have much of an effect.

Over the last 13 days, I’ve been really impressed with my progress. I take proper measurements (ones that I log for progress report purposes) every Tuesday. My measurements are taken before the PE workout so that I’ve had as much time (1 rest day + most of the day before PE) to recover back to a ‘ground state’ as possible. It is nice to take measurements after PE to see how much its (temporarily) boosted me!

My BPFSL has increased from 171mm on 2015-06-02 through 178mm on 2015-06-09 to 183mm on 2015-06-15 - no brakes on this gains train! As far as BPEL goes, I’ve gone from 159mm to 168mm (0.35”) in just under two weeks. I couldn’t believe my eyes when I took the measurement. That being said - this measurement was taken without a prior rest day, so it’s probably inaccurate. I’ll take the proper measurement tomorrow and log it, then post progress again at the end of the month. “Excited” doesn’t quite describe it!

Okay, now for a proper biweekly progress report.

It’s Tuesday - which means its proper measurement day! I took measurements both before and after the exercises to get an idea of how much immediate work affects my size. The measurements taken before the exercises are after 48 hours of no PE whatsoever - Monday is a rest day. The results are pretty impressive and make me doubt my ability to take measurements, as they far exceed my expectations.

After two weeks of PE:
First week: Standard Newbie Routine as described in the official thread. Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
Second week: Extended Newbie Routine - 5min warmup, 8min stretch, 12min jelq, 5min warmdown.
Third week, with just the first day (Tuesday, today) done: 5min/hotbath warmup, 10 min stretch, 3min rewarm, 15min jelq, 5min warmdown.

So, while running my hot bath today, I got the ruler and notepad ready and stretched out to maximum flaccid length - 185mm (7.28”) BPSFL! This is an increase of 7mm from last week, which itself was 7mm on the week before.

While in the bath, I decided to check my BPEL. This was the real shocker - 177mm (6.97”) BPEL! This is made more unbelievable by the fact that yesterday’s (‘cold’ and recovering measurement) was only 168mm (6.61”). I have no idea how to explain this. I would guess that with considerably more relaxed tissues, and perhaps a better EQ (more on this later), I was more able to reach closer to a 100% erection. Nonetheless, this is staggering. I’ll take measurements over the next couple of days to verify and update in a week.
EG came in at 116mm (4.57”). An increase of 5mm, or 0.2”, over last week.

I took another set of measurements after my exercises were complete. These measurements are heavily boosted by loosened tissue, so I’m not logging these as long term progress - just an insight into the extra size I put on and shed, and makes me feel better:

All in all I’m extremely pleased with the way the last two weeks have gone, if my measurements are reliable. My EQ has improved considerably in the last couple of days, after having no morning wood for a couple of days preceeding my start on 2015-06-02 until about 3 days ago, so this probably factors in a bit. On a side note, for anyone into foreskin restoration, I’m now reaching enough slack skin (after being cut to CI-2) to almost achieve rollover while flaccid. But I’m tiny when I’m flaccid so there’s still lots of work to do.

Great progress man! I have also started my PE this month! The difference is that I’ll increase my workout slower than you. Anyway, I’m already feeling the increase but mostly due to EQ. I hope we both achieve what we want!

Brief update-

Following on from the Mad Gainz™ recorded yesterday, I’ve taken another ‘cold’ measurement ~24hrs after my last set of exercises before the set tonight.
BPFSL: 181mm
BPEL: 176mm
EG: 113mm

These measurements are the day after exercise, with no rest day - data in signature will remain the Tuesday weekly measurement.

Here’s how I’ll track my progress from now on-
Measure daily pre-exercise, note my exercise and any other events of the day and log these data. Every month, graph data of measurement against time with comments for time period (probably weekly). I’ll post worthy developments here and routine changes as well as weekly reports.

It’s Tuesday again, time for another report!

Over the last week I’ve been doing 10 mins of stretching followed by 15 mins jelqing, with a rewarm between the two. I missed exercise on Sunday, though, as Saturday’s jelqing got a bit extreme and I earned some purple spots on the glans and underside of mini-Nep. They’re mostly gone now, so straight back to the exercises!

My progress has slowed considerably after the insanity of the last couple of weeks, and I’ve noticed my EG is nowhere near consistent after taking daily measurements. My EG has stayed roughly consistent around 110mm ± 3mm, with BPEL at 176mm ± 2mm for the last week, with a very slight trends of an increase on BPEL and decrease on EG. Weekly aggregate like this is what’ll go in my signature and weekly reports from now on, rather than weekly or daily maximums. Hence - disregard all previous data to that on this post.

The madness of last week seems to be an exception. My BPEL is definitely on the rise, having rapidly gained almost 20mm from day one - which makes me believe that initial measurement is an outlier and should not be considered, along with (perhaps) last week’s measurement of 168mm BPEL. Nonetheless, progress is definitely there. My EG, however, appears to be either static or degrading. This is the one that is heavily dependent on EQ for me, hence I try to get as hard as possible when taking the measurement, but there is still a lot of variance (last week’s data ranges between 104mm and 116mm). My 116mm of last week seems definitely to be an outlier, on the highest end of all data.
