Yo men.. Just got online. 51 and just beginning to suffer from a bit of PE. Get a hard on, but can quickly lose it, and this is causing a bit of performance anxiety. I have a supply of Viagra, but don’t want to become dependent on it. So does Zinc and Magnesium really help? I have bought some today and will give it a shot.

Also.. When do you fellas get time to do all these exercises.. Sounds like a lit of time.

You say you suffer from mild PE (premature ejaculation) but as you describe it it sounds more like ED (erectile dysfunction). If it is in fact the latter, try this thread /male-supplemen ts/from-soft-er … dden-secret.htm. Personally I don’t suffer from ED so haven’t tried it myself, but as soon as I have some extra cash I just might.

On the PE (penis enlargement) front and exercises, well its different from person to person and how long you make your sessions. In my personal opinion, if you can make time for social media, you can make time for PE. But that’s just how I see it. Hope it helps, and any questions, just ask. Thanks mate.. Yes I meant ED and not PE (though I have suffered from that in the passed too.. Just a tad trigger happy :) )..

As for supplement .. Heaps out there.. For now I’ll stick with the vitamins and Viagra if I feel like it..

As for the Penis Extension exercises.. Any easy ones to do in the privacy of the shower? I just don’t get much time on my own. I do fondle my dick in bed at night so I could do something then.

This is always a good place to start. Linear Newbie Routine It isn’t too intense, can easily be done in the shower, and people have seen gains on it. But its more for conditioning to go on to bigger and better things. Edging will also help in the trigger happy department. I know it has helped me hugely. I went from 3 pump chump, to my wife complaining about having difficulty to walk the next day. And just a month of constant edging got me great results.

Well I do wet jelq and the lubricant won’t go to well with the sheets and stuff. So do it in the bathroom or shower. But have to shower afterward to wash it off as well.

Fuck.. How do I sneak lube into the shower.. Without strange looks ?

Reboot your penis with edging and kegels. They will help you overtake the ED.

Haha.. I don’t have that privacy. I do shower at work after my morning run.. But I’d really get strange looks if my lube fell out of my toiletries bag :)

It is not necessary to get into the shower with a bottle of oil, you can put the lube in an empty liquid soap container, or something similar.

Great idea.. So oil or lube? What’s best?

I personally consider many vegetable oil as a good lube, like olive oil, almond oil, sesam oil. I personally prefer natural vegetable oil rather than chemical lube.

I use vaseline. Works great for me. But olive oil also works great. If you can get it, grape seed oil will be great. Very good for your unit and the skin. But in my country its difficult to find and way too expensive.

In a shower you’d certainly want to use oil or a silicone lube. They will stay on until soap is applied.
