Yes naturally,

My erection length is 15 cm (or 6 inches), from the base to the top of the glans without flattening the curvature
My erection diameter is 4.4 cm

I will continue with these measurements because it is more practical for tracking my results

I take care of my health holistically
=> intense physical activity at least three times a week, correct nutrition and unfortunately unpredictable sleep (new baby)
I supplement with vitamins, minerals, collagen peptides (10gr by day) and fish oil (4gr by day)

For my penis, I use an extender every day (some hours, for my length) of the week, I’ll give you my strict usage time with this accessory at the cycle end
And I take a daily NO (nitric oxyd) booster in two takes : L-arginine (3g) and L-citrulline (3g) or 6gr of citrulline (no more arginine) with pycnogénol (80mg) and with sometimes tadalafil (cialis) 5 to 10 mg
This stack is supposed to improve my vascularity to have better endurance/active erection

The longest side of each of my testicles is 5cm or two inches.
To improve this I take 1.2 gram of maca per day and I try (when I don’t fall into bed from fatigue) to gently massage these parts for a few minutes, just to “stimulate and condition” them to work better during the night.
My plan is to facilitate the secretion of testosterone and especially spermatogenesis as best as possible so that my testicles can anabolic

For fertility, I analyze my semen (in a rudimentary way)
I measure the volume and note the white/opaque appearance
