Hi all,

I’ve been looking into improving my overall sex game and have been lurking on these forums for a couple of weeks now. While I’m still skeptical about actually being able to grow my member, I figured there is no hurting in trying. Kegels, edging and abstaining from porn have worked for me in the past, and these are not necessarily all backed up by science either.

Aside from increasing the size of my unit, I’m also looking into improving my EQ and techniques/angles. I might not be able to make my girl feel ‘full’ yet with my current 4.7 inch girth and 6 inch length, but I sure as hell can do my best to try to hit all of her right spots. Putting a pillow under back, elevating her, putting her legs behind her ears and squeezing them together should all result in a tighter and deeper fit.

In this log I will mostly focus on the former, not the latter. Below is my routine for the next 90 days, any advice on how to improve this routine is welcome:

Daily routine
No Porn (I successfully abstained for 90 days, but returned to bad habits recently)
100-150 kegels
5 min warm-up (hot water over unit in shower)
5 min stretching
5 min jelqing (90 v-jelqs and 150 wet jelqs)
20 min Bath mate session
20 min edging

I will do this as often as possible, I have quite a busy working schedule, so resting days will come up spontaneously.

I also take the following meds and supplements:
Tadalafil 5mg
L-Citrulline 8000mg
L-Arginine 1500mg
Pycnogenol 180mg
Maca 1tbs
85% Dark Chocolate 100g
Nitrates (in the form of a beet, rucola and berry smoothie)

Reportedly nitrates don’t mix with PDE5 drugs like Tadalafil as you have mentioned.

If possible the switch, citrulline-malate should work better than l-citrulline.

After beetroot, spinach is also a good source of nitrates, but gotta be aware of the amount used.

How are your PI?
Routine that heavy should be for every other day, plenty of rest required to replenish the penis integrity after an strain like that.

In regards to not bringing up her past; how do you deal with that? It is making me so anxious, insecure and inadequate (even though she tells me I’m not) up to the point where I don’t feel like having sex with her anymore. Instead, I bring up things like cuckolding and tell her that she should have sex with someone who is well-endowed instead.

I’ve done it quite often and never had any problems. I feel like they enhance the effect.

I started this routine yesterday and did not get any morning wood today. Definitely feel like I should take a break. Will take your advice and switch to every other day instead.

I think it depends. Porn definitely desensitizes me to the real thing. I edged last week to porn as well and it was amazing. Felt like mini-orgasms every time. However, I’ve started noticing that I NEED the porn to get aroused, so I’m cutting back.

You do this by believing her. This is an active effort at first, but you might actually pull it off after a while. Imagine a chubby girl who’s got all the right moves and an actual brain to boot. In regards to your routine: I’ve personally had bad experiences with kegeling before the other exercises. I feel like it fatigues the muscles I need for EQ control in my PE. Just a pointer, it might help at some point. Other than the above two, good going! Keep it up, stay consistent, and don’t go too hard because it’ll just kill any potential gains.

Hmm. I get your point, but not sure if your comparison with a chubby girl makes me feel any better haha. By all means; I do not have a big or even above average sized dick, but judging by the stats I’ve read I’m pretty much spot on average. Are chubby girls the new average?

Yeah, I’ve decided to split up my routine as following:

Day ‘On’:
5 min warm-up (hot water over unit in shower)
5 min stretching
5 min jelqing (90 v-jelqs and 150 wet jelqs)
20 min Bath mate session

Day ‘Off’
100-150 kegels
20 min edging

After thinking about it some more about this, I’ve come to realize something. Why do us average guys need to feel bad about their size? If a girl says you are too small, tell her she is too lose and you prefer girls with tighter pussy instead. If she has had big donkey dicks before and now she is too lose for your average dick, then that is her preference and you are sexually incompatible. It’s not your fault that she has had fucked big guys before and now you can’t feel when inside her with your average size. Its her own choice that she was promiscuous and now has a loose pussy. Re: my routine. Still feel ‘sore’ today after Saturday’s workout. Did get morning wood today though, but nothing exceptional. Will take another rest day and perhaps make my routine a bit less intense from now on so I can work out more frequent.
