New to PE
Any veteran Tips y’all could give would be greatly appreciated
I’ve gone to “Newbie routines” and “PE basic” forums now I’d like to get some “Elite” tips currently at 6.5 inches 21 years old not sure if age matters, and EXTREMELY new to this. I’ve read various forums and man it’s ALOT obviously this will take work and dedication I exercise daily and drink tons of water
My question is do you necessarily have to do “clamps” or “penis extenders” or I don’t know because there’s apparently a lot of PE terminology all I know is the basic so far I guess like warm-ups,stretches,jelqs & warm-downs to be honest also does the required length or girth if you attain any is it permanently for some guys or is all like a “free trial” and gotta keep at the grind for a lot of time to maintain that size ?
