New to PE

Any veteran Tips y’all could give would be greatly appreciated

I’ve gone to “Newbie routines” and “PE basic” forums now I’d like to get some “Elite” tips currently at 6.5 inches 21 years old not sure if age matters, and EXTREMELY new to this. I’ve read various forums and man it’s ALOT obviously this will take work and dedication I exercise daily and drink tons of water

My question is do you necessarily have to do “clamps” or “penis extenders” or I don’t know because there’s apparently a lot of PE terminology all I know is the basic so far I guess like warm-ups,stretches,jelqs & warm-downs to be honest also does the required length or girth if you attain any is it permanently for some guys or is all like a “free trial” and gotta keep at the grind for a lot of time to maintain that size ?

Please do not clamp until you have about 6 months of experience and keep the sets to 10 mins or less.

Use HEAT during your routines.

Thanks will do man not gonna lie there is a lot of I gotta catch up on totally overwhelming like there numerous Pages of just a Plethora of exercises,routines,injuries,pills,equipment like fuck man it’s a lot but hey appreciate the reply I’m gonna try and maintain my cool here and keep researching and hopefully I’ll make a routine or I don’t know make something work I guess.

Any good Beginner PE routines from hardened veterans y’all could give?

I have a slight understanding now of various exercises and sets and reps for the time being again I am a beginner lol but still would like to have some routines in case I’m done with the “newbie routines” after the 3 month period I think it is, not any advanced routines because I don’t think i will be spending any sort of money on any equipment although I would like to try “wrapping” as it increases girth and length in some posts I’ve read so far and other equipment as well such as hanging,wrapping,penis pumps, extenders & exc.. But yeah, still a beginner so I’m gonna take it easy oh did I mention I also have “John Collins Penis Bible” any comments on that I’ve been trying some exercises I’ve seen on there,31 of them in fact some looks exactly the ones on here to be honest.

I’m at 6.5 I think in BPEL I think it’s called and FL is 4.3 man I really don’t know wtf I’m saying to be honest.

Any intermediate routines y’all got or y’all could recommend on starting oh and some good beginner forums would help as well

You can see I’m newbie because I just replied to my own post and I also don’t know how to delete it but to be honest this page or forum I’m really just new to it I don’t know at all how to get around or edit or delete for that matter this is not only overwhelming but really difficult on the learning process and starting out and initiating a plan I’ll keep trying tho lol

You will learn a lot during this period such that you may have a good idea when the times comes, what you need/want to transition to. If you truly are a newbie, you technically don’t know how to stretch or jelq, and most advanced exercises build off of these basic ones.

So my recommendation is to get started where you are, the Newbie Penis Enlargement Routine. There is a lot to learn, such as how you will apply heat, how you will grip, how much tension/torque/pressure you will apply, to where and when, what’s the best lube for you. Last but not least, your logistics - time, motivation and discipline.

I know it doesn’t sound like fun or as exciting as jumping in on the deep end, but there are times when you have to trust the process.

Thanks I’ll keep searching although I just wish this was a easier to search and find forums or threads because wow man I’m on my iPhone11 pro max because I don’t have a computer and this from my perspective all clustered and daunting as to where to start and just forums behind forums and threads for miles and I guess I’m just disordered and overwhelmed

Warm Down?

Hey guys Newbie starting out here I just did my newbie routine but I am no told how to warm down I know how to warm up but like how you warm down

Use cool water or massage your penis and scrotum like how do you warm down I gotta follow the routine to the letter so I wanna do everything right to get maximum gains

I simply repeat the warm up or take a hot shower.

Can You Do The Newbie Routine And Manual Ball Stretches?

So I’ve into PE now about 2 weeks and I’m doing the newbie routine following it to the letter although a slight change I do
15 minutes manual stretching
-up
-down
-left side
-right side
-left thigh slightly down curve
-right thigh slightly down curve
-V stretch at the base(1 minute)middle(1minute)near the head(1minute)
3 minute fowfer or BTC

Then I do 100 dry jelq and 100 wet jelq as per the newbie routine I decided to do both at equal intensity and same reps

Then I do 50 kegels and 50 REverse kegels

But I’m also doing a sort of manual ball stretching work out and was wondering if I can do this right after the PE newbie workout or if that’s too much maybe on off days only idk some advice would be greatly appreciative

I don’t see any reason ball stretches would interfere with your Newbie routing or viceversa. Different body parts, etc. Just be sure you’ve warmed those boys up before stretching the sack.

Sounds like a good routine! I’d love my sack to hang lower. Maybe I’ll do the same.

Thanks for the reply from experts/Veterans replying so quickly and subsiding my concerns is really appreciated so yes I will do newbie routine and manual ball stretches always while having a good warmup session for both but if if it seems too much maybe I’ll just do the ball stretches on my off days of PE so that way it won’t interfere as much and I’ll only do that if ball stretches start to sting or discomfort a little

Question about PE Warm Up And Manual Stretching

Alright so still a newbie here but since I’m 21 I don’t necessarily have the privacy I would love to have to go at it really well at PE is mandatory that after your
5 min warm up
15 minute manual stretching (that’s just me tho)
You dive in immediately to do the jelqs or you can you like eat right before hand and then do the 200 jelqs also I do 100 dry jelq then 100 wet jelq to get the best of worlds idk if this is right or now but yeah

Right now I’m at the dinner table because the food was ready and I literally finished doing my 3 minute fowfer right or BTC stretch and I was gonna go do my jelqs right but my mom Called and said the food was ready so now I’m worried if I’ll Get cold or not warmed up anymore while eating that I won’t get the full benefit of the PE or jelqs

Can anyone figure out if I’m right about getting cold or is this just me over thinking and being superstitious lol
