Thunder's Place

The big penis and mens' sexual health source, increasing penis size around the world.

New to PE

Alright thank you much appreciated will keep at it physically and mentally I’ll try to keep a clear cool head too as to not get overwhelmed and all that thanks.

When you jelq at 80`% erection, each jelq stroke creates more internal pressure that works to expand your girth. Just like squeezing one end of a balloon and seeing the other end expand.

At lower erection levels there is less expansion and more stretching force applied.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I’m glad at least some could answer his questions. I am new here, only a few weeks or so. It is difficult for new guys to navigate searches here, I know I’ve searched for somethings and come up with so many results it could take a week to read thru. It’s a shame I see some posts, especially from moderators, that almost seem to shame someone for asking what they think is a frivolous question.

I thought this place is a community and is here to inform and help. If you were a teacher and a student asked a question would you tell them the answer is there just search for it or would you help and steer them. Glad at least some will pass on info or knowledge.

Rob, we are all very willing to help you help yourself. There is a tremendous amount of information here and all one needs to do is search for it or just casually glance through the specific subforum and read titles until you see a subject of interest. Pointing out that the information is here and searching and reading is the best way to find it is by definition “helping and steering”. Answering a question (generally) does nothing to help the questioner become a self sufficient member. Answering a question on how best to search is an exception to that statement.

And pointing out that a specific question has been previously asked multiple times is identifying that it is obvious the questioner did not even try to search.

Typically we’ll answer a few but then if it looks like the questioner is staying on that path instead of at least attempting to read some of the material we will get more pointed with them. Why should we expend any effort to help someone when they are unwilling to take the time and effort to learn about the forum and how it can help them?

32Quarters, I’ll apologize for what I said. But I still think if instead of wasting your time replying to a post you think should have been researched instead of asked, maybe letting it go and allowing other members to answer might be a better use of time. These questions are going to be asked, maybe without research or enough research, and it seems to me reading posts many are going to answer them, so why fight it.

I typically do that until I see the questioner is moving into perpetual questioning mode.

PE is a journey not a sprint, or PE is a marathon not a sprint. Take your pick.

Jelq Uncircumcised Question

So I know jelqing 2-3 seconds then down fast and ok grip so no blood escapes and repeat my question is tho for uncircumcised people and I did search or tried to search to see if my questions was already on here sadly nothing appeared I don’t know.

Was if I jelq and my skin does no fully cover the glans or glides with my okay grip and covers the glans and just stays at the ring or (AKA donut) just below the glans what can I do?

Is it always necessary for the skin to glide/cover and just glide with the grip over the glans or should I manually cover the Glans sliding the skin so it covers with my other hand while maintaining okay grip or am i worrying about nothing and it doesn’t really matter if the skin covers the glans or not?

Not something huge that bothers me cuz I do my jelqs at appropriate strength, intensity and reps following newbie routine but just something that pokes me the wrong way when I’m jelqing is all.

Merged your questions into one thread as they were the same topic.

Yeah I didn’t mean to put it on here im a newbie to all of this so yeah

Good Exercises For Length Only

So I’m 3 weeks into PE now and yeah it’s been good I’ve started to like doing PE now at first it was tiresome cuz I had to add another routine to my daily life and more time was used stead of doing other things but now I’m like good with it

So my routine is newbie routine basically this is my preference tho I only changed the manuals instead of 5 minutes I do 15
So 1 minute up,down, left, right, downward left, downward right, around the world,A stretch then 3 minutes of V stretch base, middle and near Glans then last 3 minutes to complete 15 minutes would be 3 minute fowfer

Then I do my 200 dry jelqs I figured it out and I prefer dry jelq over wet i don’t know maybe wet is good but too messy and eh i don’t know don’t get the same engorgement as dry jelq

Anyways so yeah I just wanted to see if by chance manuals & jelq at 50-60% erection level downward and 2-3 stroke is an okay start or length and girth

Oh I also don’t always warm down cuz I’m not really sure how so I just finish with my 50 Kegels & 50 Reverse Kegels

If by chance warning down is important I’d like to know also I don’t exactly know how to warm down

How Far Can You Get With Manual Stretches

So manual stretches are amazing but I mostly do them in the shower so I do my 5 minute warm up in there then I do my 15 minute stretching in there as well

At some point does your penis get so conditioned you don’t feel the stretching or ligaments stretch anymore or actual feel of stretching, should you apply more force under 1 minute hold or is this just normal your penis getting accustomed to the stretches and doesn’t hinder gains or progress at all?

Also in a sense I mean if it’s okay if you stretch and don’t feel the “stretch” as if when you started out I’m 4 weeks in so I would assume my penis is getting used to the tension I’m doing on the stretches but is that good or are you always supposed to feel the stretch and ligaments?

Or is it normal for the penis to get used to it and I’m worrying about nothing?

Can You Do PE With Just Your Hands Or Is It Necessary To Use Equipment For More Gains

I was wondering cuz I’m 21 and so far PE newbie routine is cool and all but not that I’m gonna buy anything I’ve sure read thoughtfulgolds Thread Advice about equipment and yeah I’m not an equipment type of a guy, I’m a get my hands dirty and work for it type of guy in other words I just use my hands

But I was wondering if by chance most of veterans or newbie veterans to proceed to the next level is it obligatory or suggested to use equipment for more gains or can one just do 4 years with just your hands and get gains all the same

Does equipment give gains faster?
Does it just depend on ones Age,Penis and routine ?

Just wondering Is all either not that I have the budget to buy any equipment BUT if by chance it does help
Gains a bit faster and more concrete I’ll consider looking over some pumps or hangers/ADS even tho I’m nowhere near efficient with the newbie routine I already have lol

I’d be okay learning of how to use “some” type of equipment

So you just started PE. You say that you don’t want to use equipment, that you can’t afford equipment, and aren’t being consistent with the newbie routine to begin with. But you want someone on here to tell you to use equipment?
