New to PE

Man that’s a lot to read if you did appreciate it you basically cannot get any of those 3-5 minutes back of your life but hey now that you’re here tips and advice/positive criticism always welcomed

There’s a lot of threads dedicated to heat, but not just the importance of it, but how to implement it as well.

Some users only heat thoroughly before and after a session. Most users try to heat through the entire routine. Generally speaking (more heat == good). If you can find ways to stay ‘warm’ through an entire session then perfect. If its difficult, do your best. Just dont ignore it. There; thats about 10 threads condensed into 2 sentences. If you want more specifics on the where, what, when, whys and hows those threads will have all the answers you seek.

Help Going To FL 1 Week Rest

Okay so I’m 1 month and 3 weeks into PE it’s been really great the routine so far my flaccid has increased although I haven’t seen any increase in EL or BPEL I have seen EG and Faccid hang.

unfortunately I’m going to FL with the family and will not have the privacy I’ll be needing for PE routine and was wondering if by taking this 1 week of rest is it going to set me back, gains wise or any progress/gains I’ve made?

I’m still going to try and do PE at least even Bed fowfers when going to bed or even when just at home relaxing. but I’m going to really try and find some sense of privacy even on the damn plane if necessary lol.

if I won’t be able to do my 15 minute manual stretching up or my desired 200 dry jelqs I guess I’ll just focus on my warm up and quality jelqs/stretch really just go slow and do real good quality slow dry jelq really feel the stretch and engorgement on each rep instead of doing 2-3 sec 200 dry jelq I’ll just change it for slow really slow quality jelqs on any type of repetition I’ll be permitted before not having privacy or the time.

1 Week Of Rest Good Or Bad?

I’ve been doing PE about 1 month and 2 weeks around there, sadly I took a long recession of one week is that bad or good? Or just normal?

I had a consistent routine which is the newbie routine,I was just wondering if I should start from the beginning or resume where I stopped at.

I know rest is good for injury or plateaus but, since I was basically starting off I wonder if one week at such early notice or unfortunate timing is counterproductive for a newbie since that one week of rest I could’ve been doing PE.

stopping is bad, keeping up is good. No rushes though, just patinence and dedication will bring up good results.
