How To Jelq Uncircumcised

Okay so I’m uncircumcised so the way I do is I peel the skin or foreskin back but not to back that it hurts when I jelq but just enough so I can actually get the stretch and blood flow when I do it just so I don’t just glide the skin back and forth and actually do the exercise right or if I’m wrong please tell me I’m actually not that smart and in the first time in my life I’m studying ,reading and learning all about PE and my penis of how to understand it plus I’m just a newbie so any advice to how to jelq uncircumcised ? Lol

Here is some good advice- use the search function. You have many questions, that is normal. But your questions have been asked many many times. Everyone here is quite ready to help you, but we want you to learn to help yourself first. Search and read through some posts and the info you seek will be found.

I just searched “jelq uncircumcised” and dozens and dozens of posts came up. Using advanced search and then at the bottom click “show reports as posts” is a little easier.

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

Thanks will do appreciate it

My Girth Is 5 Inch But My Length Us 6.2-6.5

So I’m okay with my girth obviously I’m goin to get a bit more hopefully but my main goal is to get to 7.5 BPEL or 7 NBPEL and I wonder if I should just keep focusing on my main routine Which consist of

5 min warm up

15 min manual stretching

100 dry jelqs & 100 wet jelqs (I’m uncircumcised)

50 kegels and reverse kegels so basically (100)

This newbie routine does newbie routine help more with girth because of jelqs or does it help more with length honestly I want length to be completely honest I’m still goin to follow my schedule Which is 2 on 1 off but just wondering y’know

Also my stretching was edited by me i don’t know I feel like I like it,I’m pretty sure the actual manual stretching for newbies was like 10 or 5 minutes but I feel like this one really stretches the ligs also when I stretched completely down hold for 1 minute this was like first week in my lig popped stretching down no pain or tension or anything bad honestly but was just surprised and also asking if this is normal for that to pop or should I be more careful with my pressure/strength I put on my penis but yeah any tips or advice greatly appreciated

Your routine is good for both length and girth as well as conditioning your dick. I would stick with it, maybe lower the time or intensity of your stretches. I haven’t gotten lig pops before but they are generally not much to worry about. Also I don’t think you need to do both wet and dry jelqs, pick one or the other that works best for you.

Started (Dec 2017): 5.0 BPEL X 4.1 MSEG

Now (Feb 2024): 6.5 BPEL X 4.25 MSEG

Perfect man thanks it was really annoying having to dry jelq then get lube and get all messy plus to be honest I do feel dry jelq engorges my dick a bit more to be honest I also want to know if jelling at different angles increases girth or length

Any opinions?

Jelq Different Angles For Girth And Length?

Does jelqing downwards actually help for length?
also erection level for jelq does it actually change the exercise if by chance you jelq at 50-60% it’s length and 70-80% girth? If so please explain

If jelqing down actually does help length does it have to be completely straight down like penis head looking at floor or slightly angled at floor?

Also if jelq down or angled helps length

What angle helps girth and what level

So now I’m confused cuz I want length right but I also want girth what’s a good medium level and angle to hit both to acquire gains

Man Lowkey this is tiresome so many strategies and theories and exercises kinda wears your down cuz I’m an over thinker and man does thinking about all of PE in general give me headaches 💀
Thanks in advance

Dude, search then read. Seriously. You’re throwing questions out so fast there’s no way you are reading any exisiting information.

My bad I’ve read trust me I have reason I ask so much is too see if the same things I read are the same thing people say plus I’m beginning and I’m not very good at searching just sometimes for example I put “jelqing angle” searched and the only thread that was available was the one I did today so yeah idk searching here is just a bit wonky and weird can’t get concrete results always gotta be playing a little bit with words and titles to get the search or thing I’m looking for is all.

So you read but dont believe what you read so you ask to see if the response is the same? Not a good answer and not a good process. Work harder on searching, reading and comprehension. Sometimes you need to change the search terms up to get broader result. You are unlikely to get “concrete” results for many reasons.

This isnt like body building where of you go to the gym and follow your coach’s instructions in time you have a well built physique. What works for one guy may not work for another. As time goes on you will become more familiar with what works for you and what is less successful, and will point you towards a hopefully more effective PE path.

Reading other’s PE program and results is helpful to compare with what you are experiencing and can let you adapt your program as needed.

I’ll leave the conversation about run-on sentences and the difficulty in reading and understanding them for another time.

So what do you think I should do I’m sticking to my routine and it’s pretty good but any other tips I also haven’t measured I’m only using my iPhone 11 Pro Max as example as long as I pass the phone wit cover on at NBPEL then I’ll know I’m growing as far so girth I do have a measuring tape but any other tips so I don’t mess up as much I am already?

Dude, slow down. Calm down. You do not need to become an expert overnight or even in a couple of weeks. PE is a journey, not a marathon. We all want to wake up tomorrow with another inch, and one day you may do so, but it will be with months and months on diligent work. So think in terms of years, not days or weeks. You have time to read, ponder, read more, ask a question, reconcile everything you have consumed.

Oh no yeah I’m good with putting in the work I’m okay that this may take 2-3 months to even see a slight change what I’m not good with is that I’m so good at exercising right & decent at muscle growth and I’m pretty fit but, now this is a whole different ball game and idk just a bit overwhelmed right cuz I want to preform and be good at every exercise even if I’m in the newbie routine I want to do it to its utter most perfection is all,

it’s just the first time I guess where I’m in an area that I’m actually a complete noob and I have little to no experience in this field it’s a weird feeling like useless or inept type of feel it’s weird lol

I appreciate the tips and help tho even if I bombard the threads with question after question I’m going to do hard research and hopefully the search bar cooperates with me thanks in advance 🙏

I gather that you are probably excited, curious, and anxious. I get it because I was there too and I’m no vet, I started in December 2020.

Truth is, the longer you stay at it, the more skilled and informed about your body you’ll become. Yes, there are many techniques and theories, as you mentioned, but not all of them will yield results for you.

For example, I find doing squeeze jelqs more effective than straight jelqs, at least right now. I know it because I can both see and feel the expansion as I push more blood down my shaft. Over the next couple of weeks, pay attention to your manhood. You will get clues as to what is working. It took me 1 1/2 months to become effective at doing manual stretches. Often times I was tempted to skip them because I didn’t feel anything, but I didn’t. I stayed at it, and eventually, my grip got right, and when my grip got right, I began to feel the stretch. Now I stretch for longer periods because I like seeing where I’m going with my BPFSL. It’s motivating to think that one day these stretched lengths, to a certain degree, may become permanent gains.

Answers to many of your questions will come with experience. Experience gained by putting in the work, repeatedly. Master the Newbie Routine, become good at stretching and jelqing. When you see that your workouts are impactful, and you'll know it. Then you are ready to dive into the “science” of targeted gains.
