If you are still a teenager, I believe you should maximize your growth spurt phase, this will mean proper and enough sleep hours, and also good diet (calcium and protein).
If you would like to improve quality down there I recommend ginger drinks , it improves blood flow, and blood flow matters alot for the D.
Going to sleep on schedule is super important, this will ensure your body takes in and process, a proper scheduled diet (breakfast,lunch,dinner) this is all important for teenagers in their growth phase.
Regulate your life schedule,
Drink a big cup of milk during breakfast, and next time for lunch add a cup of hot ginger drink on the menu.
This will not only improve your EQ but your LQ too!
