New to PE

The point of warming-up is conditioning/preparing for the workout. You can achieve gains whether you use heat or not. Heat just makes it faster and reduces injury, at least I read.

Because I’m big on heat, I recommend a short warm-up whenever you resume your workout.

Should You Do 2 Sets Of Newbie Routine One Not The Morning One During The Night

So should you just do one set basically for the whole day with warm ups and stretching and then the jelqs

Or should you do 2 sets morning AND night idk just a newbie having doubts as usual

How Much Sleep

How much sleep should you get for progress or gains to set in or concrete in your penis for PE since I am basically a teenager I play video games late and watch Netflix and all that and I usually finish PE pretty early sometimes at 12:00am or earlier but then I find myself going to sleep at 4:00am and waking up around 1:00-2:00 pm so just wondering how much sleep you need I mean obviously everyone needs 8-9 hours of sleep but I’m wondering if I should sleep earlier while also getting the required amount or is it just the same overall and doesn’t matter.

If you are still a teenager, I believe you should maximize your growth spurt phase, this will mean proper and enough sleep hours, and also good diet (calcium and protein).

If you would like to improve quality down there I recommend ginger drinks , it improves blood flow, and blood flow matters alot for the D.

Going to sleep on schedule is super important, this will ensure your body takes in and process, a proper scheduled diet (breakfast,lunch,dinner) this is all important for teenagers in their growth phase.

Regulate your life schedule,
Drink a big cup of milk during breakfast, and next time for lunch add a cup of hot ginger drink on the menu.

This will not only improve your EQ but your LQ too!

That all depends where you are in your teenage years. Are you a young teenager or an older teenager? How old are you?

Yes well I apologize for not explaining well enough yes I am 21 years of age so older side teenager or just I think “adult” not really sure about that one but okay thanks for the ginger tea advice and yes I eat like a beast breakfast, lunch and dinner I also drink every night a glass of milk I also exercise everyday day and try to drink water almost everyday so idk how much more “healthy” I can get but hey advice and tips for improvement are always welcomed

Could you do your workout in the shower?
First few minutes under the hot water is your warmup, then you do your stretches and jelqs either still in the shower or in the bathroom.

Might need to do it early in the morning before others get up, or late at night after they go to sleep, but in the shower you get your warmup as well as constant heat during stretches at least.


STARTING: BPEL: 5.9in EG: 5.0in

Oh yeah forgot to mention I actually do the warm up in the shower I time everything in my phone so

5 minute-warm up

15 minute -manual stretching

Then I get out of the shower to do my last 3 minutes to complete 15 of stretching by doing 3 minute fowfer

A 100 dry jelqs in my room and 100 more wet jelqs then 50 kegels and reverse kegels after that I do my manual ball stretching Which I would assume takes about 9-12 minutes to finish and yeah that’s my whole penis and ball work out in PE days then I just rest on my rest days literally not even recognizing that I have a dick and balls lol

Dry Or Wet

So I’m about to do my PE workout right and was wondering if I should do my regular 100 dry jelq and 100 wet jelq but the main questions is Which is better and what’s the difference and why? That’s why I do both in case I’m missing out entirely on the other on so I even it out obviously while going 2-3 seconds down or up then kegel and start again

Which one feels better to you, wet or dry?

I like both honestly dry stretches my skin right but I’m uncircumcised so I also don’t know if I should pull back the skin each time I stroke up or just cover the hood each time I stroke up idk sometimes when I dry jelq or wet jelq my hood won’t cover or glide with my hand and just stays there at the donut of the glans instead of gliding up covering the glans so idk but I usually like both y’know
