Is It Okay For A Newbie To Do More On Day for PE

Let’s say I do my usual for 2 on 1 off is it okay for me with 5 weeks of experience to do let’s say 3 on 1 off or 4 on 1off or anything like that or should I just follow the newbie routine to it’s core and do 2 on 1 off until I complete my 2-3 months 🤷‍♂️?

If you read around a bit; youll see a lot of similar users asking variably the same question you have.

Generally the response is going to be to stick to the newbie routine, as 3 months of following it will put you in a better position to make changes to a routine.

Now realistically; someone can change their routine at any time by doing more or doing less. As long as they follow the golden rule of always striving for PI’s(positive indicators). The thing is it takes time to recognize conditions that will impact your PI’s either negatively or positively. The risk of adding more 5 weeks into PE is you probably have very little ability to realize if your over training or something along those lines early on. Because of that, you might add more and be doing great for another week before having a sharp decline in all PIs forcing your hand at have to take a Decon break not even a couple months into your journey. Now of course you might be fine; but its not really worth the potential risk at this early stage in what i would say is most members opinion. If you do add more days and it all goes well, the potential gain difference at this point will probably be minimal.

By sticking to the newbie routine through the full 3 months, it gives you just enough experience to start to understand some of the positive and negative signs in PE. As well as conditioning you just enough that adding new exercises or more days will less likely result in a tap out or a forced decon break.

Thanks for the reply sounds good I just wanted to resort to that only cuz I work on Fridays and Saturday’s and get home tired horrendously but yeah for now I’m still doing my 2 on 1 off but hey if by chance I gotta do 4 on 1 off or 4 on 2 off I’ll try and work around it

Can Newbie Routine Help With Erect Length?

I wonder if maybe, doing the newbie routine can help Newbies or veterans obtain erect length?

Best Position For Bed Fowfer

Can you do a “good gains” bed fowfer laying on your stomach while sleeping?

What are your guys opinions on a typical
“best positions” for bed Fowfers while sleeping?

I’ve tried on my side but I just can’t fall asleep that way.

The way I do it is I tuck it between my legs and thighs,lay on my side then slowly lay on my stomach maintaining the stretch and fall asleep that way

Any tips or opinions?

The best position is whatever works for you.

I lay on my back, bend my knees (make a tent), keep my feet on the mattress. Tuck / clamp my penis between my thighs, then lower my knees. Feel the stretch.

As far as sleeping goes, a blowjob seems to work for me… but I’m a bit old fashion. 😊

Should A Newbie Add More To Newbie Routine By Week 6?

So I do 2 on 1 off normal stuff right

Routine consist of:

5 minute warm-up/massage

15 minute manual stretching 1 minute every
direction:
straight out, side left, side right, down side right, down side left, up ,down,rotation(4-5 times), A stretch, V stretch middle, base, near glans then finish with 3 minute bed fowfer

100-200 2-3 sec dry jelqs
50/50 Kegels & Reverse Kegels

Warm down 5 minutes

Should anything be added here like more time or reps now that I’m now into week 6?

Tips and opinion always welcomed even positive criticism

Stay the course and don’t add. This isn’t something that can be rushed.

We All Know Heat Is Important But How Should You Apply It Into A Workout

So my newbie routine consists of:

5 minute warm-up

15 minute manual stretching 1 minute each direction:
Straight out, left side ,right side, down right side, down left side, up, down, rotation (4-6 times),A stretch,V stretch middle, base & near glans then I finish with 3 minute bed fowfer.

So my question is I still have to do my 2-3 sec 200 dry jelqs should I by chance warm up again to get more benefits or gains?

or am overthinking the stigma of heat and what it composes surely I am still warm enough and it’s not necessarily needed in the session right?

Or should I warm again cuz why the hell not,heat is super important as per many threads I’ve read on here/ other PE folks have mentioned they incorporate heat in every session they do

Sadly I do not have any equipment to heat my unit fast and easy like a (rice sock) whatever the hell that is or a heat lamp.

I actually have to take another warm shower for 5 minutes or use the cup method I invented.

Which consisted of using a hefty cup I put my dick & balls in there with warm enough water and press into my groin using both hands as to not let any water out & wait there for 2-3 minutes it’s basically like a home Do it Yourself invention or “Hood penis pump” in other words.
