New to PE

No I am being consistent with the newbie routine I sure am i do not know where you got the notion that I wasn’t but rest assured I am mister,

now my proper wording was that I am not “efficient” as in not a pro at the movements yet but I am following the instructions as such:

5 minute warm up
15 minute stretch
200 2-3 sec dry jelqs
50-50 kegels & reverse kegels

I was just wondering if equipment is most definitely needed to get more “gains” or “faster gains” as some mention it or if it’s completely fine and normal to carry on with just your hands and a consistent routine will get the you the same gains?

Or also I’m not actually warming down is it really important to warm down or can you just skip over it plus I’m not really sure how to “warm down”

Stick to the newbie routine for 90 days, then re-assess.

I haven’t been doing this much more longer than you. I started in December 2020. But I have realized the benefits of the newbie routine. If you just have to add anything before the 90 days, a gauged pump would be okay. But, learn how to use it properly.

My breakthrough gains (BPEL +.25”) came from stretching. When I learned how to stretch properly and under constant heat, I reached 8.25” for the first time ever.

Will do mister thanks for the solid advice appreciate it I usually live in Puerto Rico so it’s pretty hot tropical weather over here and even at night it’s around 72-73 degrees so is that temperature okay cuz I don’t exactly got a heat pad or heating device and my house ain’t exactly with a thermostat but I close all my windows to make it a bit warmer in my room while doing PE if it helps

Change Newbie Routine?

Should newbie routine be changed or altered or “upgraded” after 3 month period as to incorporate a “intermediate” routine or better question should you add more time to stretching or more reps to jelqing if 6 weeks have passed just wondering is all

I’m 4 weeks in by the way
And newbie routine is basically
5 minute warm up
15 minute manual stretching I did 15 minutes cuz I do 1 minute to each direction so: directly out,left,right,down left,down right,up,down,rotate,A stretch,V stretch middle,base,near glans and I finish with my last 3 minutes of BTC or fowfer and that rounds it up to 15 minutes of stretching while also under hot water cuz I’m taking a shower

Then I do my 200 dry 2-3 sec jelqs this is my routine and I’m doing the common 2 on 1 off

Is this okay? or should I keep at this same type of routine for more then 3 months?

Also is it really important or crucial to “warm down” cuz I don’t always do that and I’m worried to see if it doesn’t help PE wise

After the newbie routine it’s time for you to move on to the method of your choice from hanging to jelqing to pumping to you name it. It’s time to focus on your goals and the best method to achieve them.

Huh okay then sounds cool then,so let’s say my goal is the famous 8 x 6 what routine would you recommend to achieve that ?

Or let’s just say my goal right now is to obtain length while also achieving girth but,primarily it’s length I’m interested in any routine in mind

also I don’t exactly think i will start hanging or pumping since I don’t have funds or privacy for that also I’m not really a Equipment type of guy I’m just consistent and good with my hands to be honest

How Important Is Warning down?

Okay so I’m 4 weeks in PE and not ONCE have I warmed down on my 2 on 1 off newbie routine and I’m not sure if warming down is ESSENTIAL or CRUCIAL to gains but I would like some insight on what they can change or if maybe I’m just exaggerating or overthinking it too much

Warm Down Or Cool Down

Now I know this has been talked to death rigorously but the question still remains what is best

Is warming down actually good for girth only or length as well maybe both?

And does cooling down actually help in cementing gains Length wise or does it help with girth as well

Personally since I am new I’m currently 4 weeks in and sadly I’ve done neither in those 4 weeks I’ve been doing 2 on 1 off and I’ve never warmed down or cooled down

But still I’d like to know the general PE public’s opinion

Warmed Down In An Unusual Way Let Me Know If I Did It Wrong

So I warmed down today cuz I honestly couldn’t decide I read so many threads regarding “warming down” and “cooling down” that I decided to do the casual route and keep my penis expanded with warm water so what I did was use my shower head to fill a pretty hefty cup of warm water

Then I cupped my balls and flaccid in a way where they were inside the cup and pressed the cup against my groin as to not let any water escape and left it there like a suction cup used my own hands to not let any water escape and left it there for what seemed 2-3 minutes

Anyways let me know if that was wrong or an incorrect way to warm down any advice or other methods is greatly appreciated.

I personally think it sounds great. My penis just looked up at me with a pout face and said, “why don’t you ever do that kind of stuff for me?”

Anyways, did it feel good? If it feels relaxing and your cock seems to hang well after you completed the down cycle of your workout, then probably all is well.

I’m sure that you will get some good feedback here from the community.

I actually good very good hang out of that the suction just feels like a pump even tho I’ve never tried one but without the pumping it’s just a cup and your unit is stuck inside with no air pressure and hot-warm water for 2-3 minutes yeah I’d say I liked how I warmed down will do that from now on don’t know about cooling down tho never tried it and people say it helps “cement gains” idk any opinions on cooling down?

Well, I might be wrong regarding PE, but I as a professional in Sport Sciences know that cold/ice kill (reduces significantly) muscle gains when ppl are working on muscle hypertrophy, however, these cold water immersions and cold/ice exposures, might be great for tissue relaxation and new red blood cells synthesis. So as a conclusion, we should inquire further into this topic regarding PE, bearing in mind the penis and its anatomical characteristics.

Thank you I’ve also read the same likewise but right now I’m just warming down for the best cuz I don’t have enough evidence or data on if cool down is good towards PE gains so I’ll just stick with the normal warm down nevertheless thanks for the reply
