You’re starting with a penis of almost exactly average girth and a bit longer than average length. Check out CalcSD.info for statistics.
You want to get 75% larger by volume. That’s a lot of growth, and that takes time. Even if you are an "easy gainer" you’re probably looking at years of work to get there.

That looks like the classic "high tension work, low tension recovery" method.
The Phallosan is a good-quality device, useful for recovering while stretched. It is a low-intensity device. Don’t get crazy with the tension; find something that’s comfortable and let it do its work. If it is uncomfortable to wear, you will eventually stop wearing it, and it won’t do you any good sitting in a drawer somewhere.
The Bathmate, in my opinion, is a highly-marketed toy. Put it back in its box and start with the newbie routine as ImNormoEquipped recommended. The newbie routine will provide the high-tension work.

It would be a good idea to keep a daily log of work done, measurements, Erection Quality, weekly measurements, and so forth. A good log will tell you if a routine is working, and how well. It’s an often-ignored but very useful tool.
