Hello everyone,

My name is Mark, I just turned 40 and we have decided to start this PE journey with my wife.

Despite that she is saying everything is good in the bedroom she feels that it could be better with a proper penis size.

Current:
BPEL 5.7" x MSEG 4.5"

Goal in 12 months:
BPEL 7" x MSEG 5.5"

My routine:
Phallosan Forte > 10-12h, 6 times a week
Hydro Extreme 7 > 3 x 5 min with 1 minute rest, 6 times a week (1h after the Phallosan is completed)

Are my goals achievable with this routine please? I saw people using weight or a pump during 45 min so I am wondering if I need to increase a bit the time every month and if I can do anything to maximize my results.

I will report my journey on a monthly basis.

I recommend starting with the beginner routine for at least 3 months before moving on to more invasive devices. This is because your penis has never been subjected to significant mechanical stress, and therefore, it’s important to begin with an adaptation period to reduce potential risks and prepare it properly.

2nd for newbie routine. The forte is legit. Careful with hydro max since there’s no pressure gauge. I use a LA pump with a gauge that I like a lot better than the hydro max one I used to have.

Also pumping 45 minutes sounds like a risky thing to do. You really don’t want a lot of edema fluid build up. It looks super fat and becomes tempting, but it seems to hinder actual growth. I started using a silicone wrap just under glans while pumping to allow more pressure without edema. For girth, I think jelqclamping is the way to go.

I don’t want to rain on your parade, but it would not be likely.

You’re starting with a penis of almost exactly average girth and a bit longer than average length. Check out CalcSD.info for statistics.

You want to get 75% larger by volume. That’s a lot of growth, and that takes time. Even if you are an "easy gainer" you’re probably looking at years of work to get there.

That looks like the classic "high tension work, low tension recovery" method.

The Phallosan is a good-quality device, useful for recovering while stretched. It is a low-intensity device. Don’t get crazy with the tension; find something that’s comfortable and let it do its work. If it is uncomfortable to wear, you will eventually stop wearing it, and it won’t do you any good sitting in a drawer somewhere.

The Bathmate, in my opinion, is a highly-marketed toy. Put it back in its box and start with the newbie routine as ImNormoEquipped recommended. The newbie routine will provide the high-tension work.

It would be a good idea to keep a daily log of work done, measurements, Erection Quality, weekly measurements, and so forth. A good log will tell you if a routine is working, and how well. It’s an often-ignored but very useful tool.

#2.. Patience and commitment/consistency are key. It’s a very long journey to get what you want.

Ok I’ll do a weekly update / mesurements and start with the newbie routine. What was convenient with the Phallosan and Pump it’s that it does not take a lot of my time^^
