Newbie Checking In
Hi All -
Longtime lurker but committing to PE for the first time at the age of 38.
I started to Newbie routine three days ago and my EQ is already improving. I’m 7” BPEL x 4.5” MEG x 5.5” Glans (around the coronal ridge) - not sure if glans measurements count for anything.
I have a bit of a baseball shape, where my base is thinner than my mid-shaft and glans. I’m hoping to gain base girth and overall shaft girth and some length.
I plan to take initial measurements and then update my progress report every month with new pics (from what I’ve studied less is more when it comes to measuring frequency). I do have a few questions for the veterans:
1) I’m busy and have a family so dedicating hours on end in isolation to this endeavor is not possible. That said - I think I can find 20-30 minutes each day to put in work. I’m confident that can improve my overall Penis health, but is that enough time to see real gains over time if I stay consistent?
2) I workout 4-5 times a week and it’s feasible that I could do my PE workout in the shower post workout. Is there any reasoning behind NOT doing a PE workout post exercising ?
