Isn’t this basically shockloading? That’s what I’m doing too and probably that’s the reason why I’m seeing an overall increase in girth.

Also, I didn’t know that taking a break is a way to break plateau.

You could call it that. It’s loading in a manner the tissue isn’t as capable of resisting.

Yup.

What you are getting girthwise is probably from the cone effect of stretching (the grip is the tip and the tissues go out from there to the base of your penis). That’s why you should monitor your shape.
