Good question. I suppose technically I wouldn’t know. But on visual inspection, I certainly don’t think it’s changed. And I haven’t heard anything different from the missus. Her drive isn’t what it used to be, but she still uses my dick often enough to know if it’s changed. And after owning said dick for 30 years, I hopefully can see any significant visual difference. So yeah, I wasn’t planning on actually measuring until at least the 3 month mark. Unless you’d advise otherwise. In which case, I’d probably measure around 1 month in post-workout (Next Wednesday.)

We recommend taking accurate measurements at the beginning. Without them you do not know how much, if at all, you have gained. You need to know the starting point of the race.

Here’s a useful thread detailing the proper way to measure. BPEL is the most accurate and most important length measurement to have.

Big Difference Between BP & NBP

Hi,

The difference between my BP and NBP length is 0.7 inches. I’m a fairly skinny guy. Is this normal? How can I reduce the difference?

It’s simple, really.

Use the search function and look up “fat pad”.

First Noticeable Gains!

Hi,

It has been a month now since I started my PE journey on 20th April. I’m happy to report that as of today’s measurement, I have gained 0.2” in length and a noticeable amount in girth too (not measured yet but I’ll update in a few days). Now, I’m assured that I am on the right path and my routine will lead me to my first goal soon enough.

My routine is as follows:-

1. Shopping bag hanging for 20 mins, divided between two sets of 10 mins each. I hang 9kg for the first set to shockload and 6kg for the second set.

2. Mandingo Stretches with the left and right hand. Each side is 1.5 mins.

3. Stretching sideways to the left and right
+ Stretching down to the left and right. Each side is 1.5 mins for both.

4. BTC stretching to the left and right. Each side is 1.5 mins.

5. Straight out stretch for 2 mins.

Schedule is 2 days on 1 day off.

My observations:-

1. Earlier I was not taking any rest days but then I started taking 1 day off in a week followed by 3 days on 1 day off and finally 2 days on 1 day off. The last schedule is giving me the best results as my flaccid hang more than doubles in length and stays like that for a longer duration immediately after doing my routine. In fact, I was not seeing any gains and as soon as I shifted to this routine (2 days on 1 day off) I literally saw 0.2” gain in a week.

2. The more weight (for hanging) and more force I apply for the stretches, the more flaccid hang I get and it stays like that for longer. I started with 5kg and 2kg for hanging and slowly increased the weights as I proceeded in the weeks.

Nice. Keep going. Are you getting mostly base girth (BEG)? Keep an eye on that stat too, if you aren’t. One reason people jelq and stretch is because, especially stretches held for a long time (or hanging) tend to increase girth more towards the base and jelqing can have the opposite effect - dependent on erection level.

No my girth has increased all over and not just at the base. Earlier, my glans used to really stand out as it was big compared to the rest of my dick but now I’d say that everything looks proportional.

However, one side effect, besides turkey neck, that I forgot to mention is that my foreskin length (yes I’m uncut) has also increased and it really sticks out now which I don’t like. Is there something I can do to fix it?

Congratulations, I too am a beginner, I started about 3 months ago. I have a little over a half inch in length acquired since the beginning. What I really really want is more girth so so bad. As of now I only pump for 30-40 minutes a day everyday, manual stretch for about 20 minutes and jelq for about 20 minutes at night.

If you are after length more then I think you should focus on the girth later as it will hinder your length gains. In general, focussing more on girth will slow down length gains.

I suggest you monitor your BEG and your the girth of your glans (GEG). With your midshaft girth that should tell you how your shape is changing over time.

With a no jelq routine, turkey neck should really be an issue. The best thing is to roll back the foreskin and grip behind the exposed glans for your stretched. Skin stretches easily and will tend to stretch most where there’s least resistance, hence turkey neck. But because you have a foreskin you can retract it and separately stretch your skin as and when needed and control where it stretches.

If you add jelqing later, you can pull back the foreskin between strokes to ensure no turkey neck.

You are one hundred percent right. I overthink about girth to much. P.E. Is a crawl not a race, I need to be happy with the progress I’ve made thus far. Btw I too have a bit of a turkey neck and it impedes on my jelqs, every night I change my jelq technique because I don’t know what works best, but I can tell by feel that if I lay on my back and jelq up towards my belly button than the turkey neck is less in the way. And doing upside down ok grips are real good too.
