It does look a lot more compact and capable of being worn discretely than all the regular extenders.

But also it looks more like a piece of BDSM equipment than an extender. Just looking at it I’m very unconvinced that it would be possible to attach firmly enough to the base to be able to generate sufficient tension (without being so tight as to also cut off circulation).

Well for one it stretches midevil style so no stress on if your using it right like a typical extender with tension screws. For two it can be strapped directly under the glands without any chance of it slipping and eventually end up around the head like all the other extenders. It’s weighted so thats a feature no other extender has, so it’s like your stretching and hanging at the same time. Once it arrives on Saturday and I try it out I’ll give my review. But just from watching videos I know this is by far best extender out

It looks a lot more comfortable then plastic and metal rods pressing against you. But will see Saturday although someone on here already has a review thread and thats how I found out about it. I never heard of this site till his review. Their products look superior and cost efficient to anyone else I seen from totalman, lg hanger, phallonsteon, x4labs etc

No Length Gains

Hi,

I’ve been doing PE since the last 2 weeks and I have noticed a small increase in girth but NO increase in length whatsoever. However, I can always see a visible increase in flaccid hand immediately after doing my routine which goes back to normal after about 5 - 10 mins. I’ve also noticed that my morning wood erection is harder and stronger than before.

All I want is 1.5 inches of permanent gain. Should I be concerned? Will I ever get my first inch atleast? If yes, when can I expect it?

I’m the following the routine without any rest days:-

1. Shopping bag hanging for 20 mins a day, divided between two sessions of 10 min each in the morning and evening. For each of these 10 min sessions, I hang 9kg for the first 5 mins to shockload and 5kg for the rest of 5 mins.

2. Mandingo Stretches with the left and right hand. 3 sets for 30 secs with each hand.

3. 3 sets of stretching to the left and right for 30 secs each side + 3 sets of stretching down to the left and right for 30 secs each side.

4. 3 sets of EXPRESSIVE BTC stretching to the left and right for 30 secs each side.

Two weeks is too short of a time to be expecting results. Think in terms of months or a year to expect an inch gain. Some guys have gained an inch in a shorter time, hopefully you are one of them.

Trying hard to gain quickly will lead to injury, which at best will slow down your progress, and the worst can be debilitating.

Rest days are an imperative for successful PE. You must allow time for your penis to recover. EQ will begin to suffer if it has not already done so. Turtling is a negative PI informing you that your penis is over stressed and needs a rest break.

Hanging is considered a more advanced PE activity, usually to be undertaken after other, less risky, activities have been completed.

I am not a hanger but hanging 9kg at the start seems very excessive to me. Even 5 seems too high. From what I have seen it is more common to start with 2kg and ease your way to increased weight.

Perhaps other hangers will chime in with their experiences and recommendations.

What exactly is Turtling? What kind of a schedule do you recommend, like in terms on and off days?

I only hang higher at the start to shockload. And I’m doing shopping bag hanging, not normal hanging, so the wrist takes most of the weight and it isn’t directly attached to the penis. Should I still reduce the weights?

Turtling is when the penis shrinks from over stress or trauma. Do you have a good understanding of your flaccid length and your BPEL and NBPEL? Accurate measurement is important.

Scheduling is something you fine tune as you better understand your penis’ response to PE. If you are not currently having negative PI’s from your activities, then 2 on/1 off or a 5/2 schedule may be sufficient for you. Some guys start with a 1/1 and then work to add more on days as their penis allows.

I do not know what hand bag hanging is so cannot comment. I am familiar with the concept of shock loading, but I am unaware of anyone using this as a PE practice. I do not think it is a good idea especially for someone who is learning how to effectively PE. Shock loading to me seems like a quick trip to having an injury.

My BPEL is 5.8 inches and NBPEL is 5.3 inches. I don’t know my flaccid measurements but I’m a grower so it’s quite small compared to the erect size. However, immediately after doing my routine I can see that my flaccid hang increases by about 50% - 60% but it goes back to its original size after about 5 mins or so.

Shopping bag hanging is simply a DIY method of hanging. All you have to do is take a shopping bag (I take a school bag instead), add some weight to it, hang it from your wrist and then hold the penis from the same hand under the head so that gravity pulls the entire penis down with the help of the shopping bag.

I was told that clamping is the best method to shockload but I don’t have any clamps so I do heavy hang instead.

Following. I haven’t measured yet, but I’m presently almost a month into my PE journey myself, and haven’t noticed any significant change in size. Though I echo your observations about EQ. Hell of an improvement. Odd side effect I’ve noticed too is that it takes quite a bit more time to “calm” down after an orgasm (Though my partner seems to be enjoying that quite a bit.) It’s like being back in college.

If you havent measured how do you know if you have changed or not?

Where are you hearing about shockload? I am fairly sure it isnt on this forum. I also do not understand how it applies to clamping.
