Newbie Progress And Routine
Hey guys, I’m pretty new to this site and I have never really stuck to a PE routine. I figured the best place to start would be looking through the forums and I found the Newbie Routine. I stuck with it for maybe the first week but I didn’t do the hot wraps.
After the first week I increased the intensity because my PIs were mostly positive. I increased the duration and intensity of the manual stretches, jelqing, and kegels. I did the manual stretches for 10-15 minutes. The jelqing was increased to 30-40 minutes but I performed dry jelqs at 75%, or so, erection. At the end of my jelqing routine I’ve been holding my penis at the base and kegeling until it is completely engorged with blood and I’d hold it for 5-10 minutes. I changed the kegels to my off day and I would do about 200 of them.
So I started on the 17th of February and now I gained about .35 inches to my BPEL and my girth feels fuller and went up about maybe .1 inches. So honestly I don’t know exactly what my growth rate should be and I don’t know exactly what else I should try doing since I’m still early with my routine. So far I feel really optimistic since my erections seem better in general and I made it up to a BPEL of 7.6 and a MSEG of 6 inches. I’d like to make it to 8 by 6.25 by the end of 2018. Any tips from experienced members would be greatly appreciated.
