My routine is inspired by Kyrpa, Igigi, Tutt, cbateman and more.
I Will do hanging with some sort of therapeutic heat equipment.
Right now I have a Ultrasound US 2nd Pro, a 300 watt FIR heating lamp and I also have a FIR heat pad.
I have tried using the ultrasound, but I did not manage to get to the 42-43 degrees Celsius, so for now I will switch between the lamp and the heat pad where I have measured on the surface and gotten to 44 degrees Celsius.
I have a basket attached to a vacuum hanger. I fill the basket with stones I found on the beach, each weighing around 200grams. Before every exercise, I measure BPFSL and right after the exercise I measure BPFSL again. Then I use equation: (post BPFSL - pre BPFSL) / pre BPFSL to find the strain. Routine is:
30 min decondition stretch COLD ( I add 200g every 5-8 minutes).
20-25 min stretch HEAT ( I add 200grams every 3-5 minutes).
10 min stretch COLD (I add 20% of total weight used)
I will try to do this routine 3on days and 2 off days. But since I live with my girlfriend and do not want her to find out, I might not get every workout in. I will try my best, this is also why I made this log, to motivate myself.
