New Log Based On 5.5square

Getting more rigorous with my aproach , I will try to measure always the same way.
I still can’t understand how 5.5 gets those constant strain numbers , and that somewhat regular growth ,we really aren’t all the same , most of the times my post bpfsl was impossible to measure ,maybe it was just that my pre bpfsl measurement was flawed since the beginning , so with that in mind, I will aproach the method again based on the assumption that my pre measurement was flawed since the beginning and that my aproach on measurments was flawed.

Iam still thinking if I turn on the heat before I put any weight and let it heat. Pypomitho didn’t preheat but he did turn on the heat since the beginning.
Pre bpfsl measured today around 16.5 ,hips neutral and ruler pressed firmly on my pubic bone 1cm above where the shaft leaves the body right on the bone since where the shaft leaves the body u can get some extra lenght when u press.

My post BPFSL became inconsistent when I switched from using my laptop to the wall brick for the heating pad power source. The wall brick ran much hotter and triggered the bodies cooling system. My unit was much thicker and not stretchy. Not sure that you really need daily measurements. Iggi recommended daily measurements, kyrpa recommended daily measurements. I even posted the data somewhere in my thread. Not sure the data is needed any longer. Just make sure that you measure Pre/Post every week or so.


BPEL: 5.5" --> 7.9" ; BPFSL: ~5.6" --> 8.5"

Thanks for the reply ,do you think I should plug my heating pad to the usb on the computer instead or should I use a lower temp setting ? Since you were able to gain with a lower temp .
Can I go by only tracking Pre?
Would adding heat since minute one affect the strain ?

I will attempt using my thermedic using the laptop outlet like 5.5square did for most of his his journey,it showed that the heat was more than enought, and if it allows me to gain and be able to get good post measurments ,I can sacrifice the heat that makes my dick enter coldown mode .

Today pre 16.5 post maybe 16.8
1min to 12 min - 12 oz
12min to 20min-18 oz (turn heat on)
20min to 65 min 30oz (heat)
65min to 75 min 37 oz(coldown )

The heating pad still got hot fast even plugged into the computer, dick felt like shit after workout ,the 16.8 post can literally be glans swelling ,dick wasn’t stretchy at all.
Iam thinking of turning down my weight ,maybe the 25oz increase was to much in one month ,maybe I should do like 5.5s and just hang for a couple of weeks 12 oz ,18 And then 24 , for 1.30 to 2 hours .
My other options are: turn on the heat 10min before starting hanging , turn on heat since the beginning, increase weight , extended my time under heat .

I will appreciate some feedback

I prefer the wall brick. Just turn it down to medium if it gets too hot.
The Pre BPFSL is the one that matters. On my last cycle I checked Pre once a week on Monday.

I usually hang 30 oz for 10 mins before turning on the heat.

0 to 15mins 18 oz cold
15 to 60mins 30 oz (turn on heat)
60 to 75mins (coldown)
Pre let’s go with 16.6 post saw a 17.1 but I will go with 17. Strain 2.40%

Idk today I started cold hanging straight to 18 oz, and 30 oz was still 45 mins ,and 15 min coldown, strain was nice due to starting a higher weight on the begging? Or increasing coldown but idk ,I will try tomorrow to preheat the dick, if it works I will stick to it ,if not I will try turning on the heat since the start , incrementally increase to 30oz on smaller steps , and then coming back to today routine again and test it out.

Pre heat 15mins, the rest of the routine was the same .

Pre 16.6 post 17.1(2?), Really don’t known, it’s hard to guess , I will probably be sure iam growing when I reach a pre of 17cm

By the way , how do you guys dick feel during hanging ,mine feels like sore or smth , when the heat hits it gets more like sore idk.

Do you guys think that because of my previous Pe experience with manual stretchs , the weight can still be not that high to really promote a big jump ? I did a 6month Decon ,my manuals weren’t that high intensity but still probably pulled some lbs.

Tomorrow I will just turn on the heat at the begging , 5mins 12 Oz 18 oz 10mins .

Did you kept on using the sleeve to protect your shaft from the heat? How thick was it,mine seems to not let much heat get through, still warm but not like burning hot,what was ur sensation when using the heat ?

I may have found one of the things that led to a bad post strain , not isolating my pad, don’t get me wrong the pad got pretty hot in some areas,but while isolation the whole shaft was warm ,and I was able to measured a real post of 17.2 , and the shaft definitely felt more stretchier .

End of the week , I was planning on upping the wieght by 6oz next week since I wasn’t getting much results and was the second week with 30oz during heat phase ,but after seeing the results today iam kinda unsure if I should do it.

Pre bpfls today was 16.7(8?)idk,strain 2.99%.

End of the week rest here I go .

I hang like 5.5square did, straight down .
Nice that you started ,get your infrared pad and start low weight and get your newbie gains.
