Iam still going for one more week since my pre increased by 1 mm maybe more.

Adding 6oz next week.

Got Bpel gains finally , but Will only update when I reach my first Bpel goal, hopefully in December .

Added 6 oz, so 48 oz max heated .

Pre was 17.6 post 18, strain 2.26%

Since nothing stalled ,guess will go for 1 more week.

This will be probably the last week of my cycle , feeling things getting tight, going to take the 3 weeks off after i complete the week and thats it.

Fantastic gains so far, do you take any rest days during each week? Or is it 7 days a week until you hit decon?

Are there any good threads/posts on hanging with FIRe concerning rest days intra-cycle? I wasn’t able to easily find any with the search.

I know 5.5 mentioned he took weekends off, but is this optimal?

Yeah I take weekends off, I can feel towards the end of the week my dick starts getting tired , 5.5square sometimes took extra rest days when he didn’t have time for Pe or just felt that the dick was tired,rarely , now I don’t know if 5 on 2 off is the most optimal ,Iam just following squares routine.

Until 9 Jully I think it really didn’t push my dick that much to promote any big difference,bc the weight wasnt really up there, now Reaching 5 weeks of actually proper measurments and gains ,I can confirm why 5.5 square ,and others mention to take 2 to 4 weeks off between 5 8weeks cycles. I remember one guy on Reddit that did manuals and did the exactly the same thing ,every 6 weeks or soo took 2 weeks off, gained like 1.3inchds only manuals in 1.5 years ,30mins a day .

I can’t really give you threads about rest days , marinera,kyrpa , fire , and others advocate rest days , if the intensity of routine is enought to stimulate some kind of damage ,growth whatever ,rest days will only help with recovery . I can’t tell you why scientificly,but I like rest , that’s why we can see easier changes in bpel after rest ,maybe even bpfsl changes .

I see, I’ll try two days off a week too then (I wonder if there’s any merit to having them back-back vs spread throughout the week).

Just started recently as well, this is my third week hanging with no rest days haha.

Not sure the we will ever really know. But Longerstretch’s thread convinced me that time off is a required part of the process.
It’s important to remember that a decon is active rest. It’s not time-off, your body is working hard the entire time to recover/grow from the stress that we place on it.

First rest day in ~2.5 weeks of hanging (first three weeks of PE in general), here are some interesting notes.

Measured the same BPFSL as from yesterday’s post-hang BPFSL measurement (3-5mm > than my usual pre/cold BPFSL). Perhaps this is an indicator that the rest day was needed/beneficial.

Would be nice to come up with some sort of testable paradigm to solidly prove that rest days are in fact beneficial with hanging.

If we could prove this, then I think that gives merit to the theory that we are actually growing the tissue itself, not simply elongating connective ligaments to reveal more of the already existing inner penile tissue.

Post 18/18.1?, Doest really matter cuz Iam taking the 3 weeks off anyway.
These past weeks routine was always turning on the heat while Iam setting the cup on my dick, then waring my dick for 5 minutes in the heating pad ,and start hanging, this week was:
0-7 @18 oz heat
7-15 @30 oz heat
15-65@48oz heat
65-75@57oz (20%of max heated)

Hey btw ,should I increase my hanging weight from 1h15 to 1h30?

I saw in 5.5’s log that he often used an ADS for ~2 hours a lot of days.

Was this a big contributing factor to gains? Have you been using an ADS Peepepoopo?

Didn’t notice it mentioned in the “Hanging with FIRe” thread.

Iam back ,pre stayed the same post was around 18.1, my dick wasn’t the stretchier after, hopefully my 2cycle goes well and I achieve another cm .
