How much did you got from newbie gains ,what was your routine like?

The way Iam measuring is pretty consistent ,today a pre of 16.8 and post 17.2 .

Monday the begging of a new week , Gona up the weight to 6oz or not ,Iam afraid of losing one week just thinking iam still gaining with this weight.

Iam Gona up the dam weight .

My newbie gains were around 1.25” and maybe a tad bit more. My routine was just manual stretches and jelqs.

My thought process is that the 5.5 works, but not if you have already conditioned your penis. That’s where I think I’m at, and why 5.5 method did not work for me.

Increased weight by 6 oz . Post was 17.3(?4),forgot to measure pre, so using last pre 2.97 % strain .

Will measure again Friday,if it’s working I should At least see a pre of 17cm Friday, my measurments now are really consistent , I was really measuring wrong previously.

Changes the angle of your hips/pubic bone.
That’s why standing with neutral hips is the correct way to measure. It’s also why most guys take dick pics sitting :)

Strain 1.7%, dick was stretchier after the routine ,lucky me .
2mm of pre bpfls gained .
Comulative strain 4.84%

Iam pre heating my dick 5 to 7 mins, and hanging with heat until the coldown .

Routine has been only around 75 mins .

0to7mins 18 oz turn on heat

7 to 15mins 24 oz heat

15 to 65 36 oz heat

65 to 75 43 oz(+20%) colddown

I feel as I approach the end of the week that my dick feels more tired ,so should I try to increase my hanging time to 1.30h First 2 week days and then just do 75mins , or just leave it at 75 .

My other question is , Decon or add 6 oz and do one more week or two and see what it gives. I don’t know if my first weeks of trying and error gave did anything ,with my inconsistent measuring .

Please give me some input if I Decon right now 3 weeks or do one more week with 6oz more.

Remember decons are ‘active rest’. A decon is required if you want the results to continue. That said, if your pre is still increasing then it may be okay to go another week.

It did increase, I will go another week and see how it goes . Yes decons are needed to maintain some kind of consistent growth .

Yes , I know that you did lots of edging and stuff on decons , that’s what I will do, instead of edging I will practice angion method , it’s good to move blood , it definitely increases my EQ,I got to experience it in the past , it’s like edging , it’s like a dick cardio stimulating our dick veins and blood vessels .
