I gained around 1inch from to September 2020 to July, I still continued to December 2021 with some
3 week breaks between but gained nothing , only doing manuals btw , the gains where probably EQ ligs and some shaft gains. Did nothing until may 2022, lost nothing ,so let’s say 6month Decon, I never used high forces with manuals.

Iam 6.5inch bpel 5.3 midshaft girth, these are my stats measured in the best way I can ,ruler right on my pubic bone, right in the middle of my shaft .

Following a approach based on 5.5square .
My setup was bad this last two days since the fir heating pad I have is kinda big , but today my thermic 3x6arrived , so it’s all good, I will probably buy a pulley .

Today log : 1hour under tension, the fir heating pad was only with contact in the frontal part of my dick, used a sleeve to protect my shaft, so not optimal heating still got a decent strain.
I think the incremental loading is as important as heating to achieve a good strain.

My goals if I could would be to gain as much as 5=5square in one year(2.4inch) ,but will probably not be possible , first because I already did PE and second because we are not all the same. If I somehow a achieve a 1.5inch to 2 BPEL gain I would be really glad. My goal in 1 year or around 7cycles is 8nbp and ultimate goal 8.5, I hope I succeed in this journey and wish me luck.

Thank you a lot, I just want to give back to all the PE community ,I feel that I should have posted when I was doing my manual routine so I could help someone, like the hundreds of posts I read helped me build my knowledge about PE and build the best path possible.
I will try to give back to the community that introduced me to the magic of growing the dick something I tought was impossible .

And yes Add come kind of constant heat , I always used a normal gel pad when I was doing my manuals prior and during my routine, a Fir heating pad is the just levels above that. Thanks for the support

My heat setup with he qu52 was kinda meh didn’t get the temps I wanted to. Iam still trying to perfect the setup

Iam still in doubt what day plan I should follow, 2 on 1 off , 3 on 1 off 2 on , 3 on 1 off , 5 on2 off, if anyone can give me some insight that would be helpful.

15jun didn’t remove the 21 oz implement ,ruined my workout ,couldn’t get a post measurment ,dick was tired .

Forgot to measure pre pos was blshif my dick was tired af ,should have taked a day off, need to stop forgetting to measure pre since it will probably give me the feedback to do the routine or rest

3days rest , Gona change to 2 on 1 off ,my dick seems to not handle more than that in a row.

I don’t know , how’s my dick supposed to feel after a session ? Stretchy? I couldnt take pos measurements ,dick was thick and rigid , someone help .

1.79%strain ,post is always thick and hard to measure ,idk what to do.

Testing out my pulley system routine was meh, still conditioning tho , still very low weight.

Bpfsl pre16.8 , post can never really measure ,thick and cold dick ,probably not enought weight .
