UPDATE:
So last week/weekend I took 5 days off completely because of a vacation I was on, so no extender or jelqing. I barely managed to do any piss pulls during those 5 days because the vacation was really fun and I didn’t even think about PE. Anyways, when I got back from my vacation it was back to business with the extender clinical trial thing that I am trying to mimic..

First and foremost PE wise, after those 5 days I measured my BPSFL and BPEL. My BPEL actually increased a bit, whereas my BPSFL did not. I was assuming that I would see a decrease in either or both, but that was not the case.

When I started wearing the extender again, trying to go for 4 hours plus every day, it was actually kind of difficult. I found that I was wearing it at a higher tension than usual without any pain. However as the days/time went on, I gradually ended up back at the lower tension. Eventually the initial higher tension after the break ended up getting painful after a while and I currently I’m back at where I was at before I left, tension-wise. Personally, I think this experience supports (in my head) the need to wear an extender every day/at least 5-6 days a week, at 3-4 hours minimum to get results. I think that after taking a 5 day break my dick was confused as to what I was doing to it, and had to re-adjust the extender to the optimal way of wearing it.

Also, as a side note/rambling: I wore an expander as a child for orthodontal work to make my jaw wider. That thing was cemented in my mouth 24/7 and I had to crank it every day to expand my jaw bone. I kind of look as the extender as an expander of the penis. Therefore, I think that I need to wear it the most amount of time I can in order to see any progress. Thankfully I am seeing progress as well!

Weekly Update

I am currently working on adding another 1/2” rod onto the extender. Currently I use the 3” and 2” rods [5” total]. This will be the 3rd time of adding 1/2” rod since wearing it. I initially started with the 3” and 1” rods [4” total]. Then added the 1/2” rod onto that quite quickly [4.5” total]. Then moved onto the 3” and 2” rods (I think) back in early July [5” total]. When I get a good attachment however with the 3”, 2” and 1/2” rods [5.5” total] the tension is halfway between the 1st and 2nd lines (for clarity, the 1st line is the top line [the furthest line from the base attachment]), which is too much tension for me to wear for a long duration. However, when I use the 3” and 2” rods [5” total] I have to turn the twisty knobs out quite a bit and sometimes almost to the point where the screws are going to come out. This depends on the quality of grip the attachment has, and whether my dick is looser/stretchier. My dick’s stetchiness while wearing the extender seems to be like a bell curve over time, with the greatest amount of stretchiness ~1-2 hours in, and then at 2.5-4 hours it gets harder to stretch.

Also, I have noticed that sometimes I get ‘sore muscle’ like feeling in the area between my balls and butt hole when I walk around with a higher tension, sometimes if it may turn into a sharp feeling of soreness and have to adjust my legs so the feeling goes away. Obviously I take it off right away if that happens (I never wear the extender in public outside of 20 yards from my front door). I massage the area if I feel this and it seems to be located at my inner penis where it attaches to my hip bone (the area between my balls and butt hole).I think it may be the base of the extender pressing against the inner penis and the pelvic/hip bone? Just curious if anyone else has felt something similar?

Comments on stats and measuring technique:
I’ve had multiple crises over the past month trying to figure out whether if I’m measuring consistently. It’s not really mentioned anywhere, but depending on whether your laying down, standing up with your legs straight, or knees bent, and/or thrusting forward, or measuring from the bottom/middle of the pubic bone, all give different measurements. Therefore I have been measuring consistently by standing up/knees bent/middle pubic bone for my measurement in the above stats. I believe that is the way I measured the first time, and I know that I have been measuring in this way since June. Depending on how your standing/laying down results in different angles of the hip bone resulting in how much dick you are exposing, therefore I personally think that the way I am measuring is pretty accurate of how much of my dick I can use.

Comments on gains:
I am amazed at the gains I have seen with the extender, and I do have before and after photos, but its with a remote and note a ruler :( and honestly, 0.75-1.0” difference is noticeable, but the difference isn’t staggering looking at just a photo in my opinion. Also, given that my current measurements are taken the way stated above, I am trying to push for 9.5” BPEL so that I can solidify having a 9” pecker measuring in a way that is more ‘normal’. I believe that the way I am measuring, then 9.5” would but me at a solid 9.25”, which would most likely be 9” measuring in any other way (I.e. Laying on my back). At my current rate that would push me to mid-November if I can continue wearing the extender with the same amount of time.

Comments on routine:
I have significantly reduced the amount of time I have been jelqing. Right now I only do two 10 minutes sessions (really only about 5-6 mins total jelqing each session given I am edging half the time too). I do this before and after working out in the morning, after working out the session may only be 5 mins with 2 minutes total jelqing. I also am wearing those silicone bands while working out, but I have been getting extremely worried of doing so, largely in part because it does cause fluid build up, and it is somewhat difficult to get 100% hard afterwards (sometimes I think it is because I am worried that wearing the rings are harming me, and my worrying makes it more difficult to get hard, rather than the actual usage of the rings). Also, I think wearing ti 6-7 days a week while working out may be too much. Furthermore, I am not gaining anything in girth, so obviously it is not helping in that arena, however my length gains are consistent, and also the obvious crotch glances I get from the girls at the gym is a welcomed bonus.

Also, I never have a poor EQ waking up in the morning and I never have any issues getting an erection, unless of course I think I fucked my dick up somehow and get anxiety. Anyone else ever experience this?

Weekly Update

So I gave up entirely on wearing those 2 silicone band things while working out. I was getting paranoid that I was hurting myself, also it gave me negative PI’s afterwards, and I wasn’t gaining anything girth wise. Also, now that I look back on it, I was basically clamping while working out, which is not good to do for 30-60 mins in one setting. Two of those bands wrapped around each other increases the tension by a lot compared to just using one silicone sleeve, almost to what I feel like I’ve seen when clamping previously. So that was dumb on my part. Luckily I didn’t get injured doing that and lesson learned.

Also, since I do jelq every day I have drastically reduced the amount of time I jelq. Currently I jelq 5-10 mins before working out in the morning, then 5-10 mins afterwards. So 10-20 mins total each day compared to the 40+ I was doing earlier. Basically my jelqing routine is to try to maintain/keep my current girth while extending. I feel that jelqing helps in that area to keep girth/EQ up while using the extender.

Update - Broken Extender

So my extender broke last Tuesday. I was outside of my home and walking when I felt that something had happened to the extender, so I quickly turned back to go inside and realized that one of the springs had fallen out. I had extended the turny knob things pretty far before walking outside and it must’ve detached and one of the springs fell out. Unfortunately I could not find it and ordered some new springs on Wednesday and still have not received them.

Also, the past week I’ve had some important stuff going on in the mornings so I haven’t been doing PE and just workout instead. So I’ve been pretty much PE free for the past 7-10 days. I measured recently and my gains are still the same from not wearing the extender for that amount of time, maybe even increased slightly.

I’ve decided to take a PE break until those new springs for the extender come and I can put it back together. Also I have a lot of stuff going on in the mornings lately when I normally do my PE routine, and I don’t like to jelq in the evening. Personally I think the best time to jelq is in the morning, and either before or after my workout, since that is when my testosterone levels are at its highest.

I’ll update again when the extender gets put back together. In the meantime I will do light jelqing probably 2-3 times a week (5-10 mins), with very minor manual stretching (2-5 mins total) on those days.

Update - Extender fixed

I wanted to write that I got the new springs today and that I fixed the extender. I plan on continuing to wear it at least 4 hours a day from now until December, or else until I get too busy to wear it that amount of time, which I will write about if that happens.

I wanted to document my efforts the past few weeks.

The week of sept 16-24th I was out of town and was not able to use the extender. I have been using the extender since then for at least four hours a day. I will most likely be able to use it for all of October without any significant breaks, so I will report gains then.

Long hiatus

Hey,

Just to add to my journal entry…

A lot has changed in the past year. I stopped PE last spring because of life, and was focusing on wrapping things up at an old job and found a new one. I started the new job this past winter and now that I’m up to speed and acclimated with the new job I’ve decided to restart the extender into my daily/weekly habbit.

Also, I haven’t been working out the past 6 months since I’ve been focusing on well… getting used to the new job and the new area I’ve moved too. However, I have been running every day at least 5 days a week.

I haven’t measure anything else yet. Also, I think my previous BPSFL might have been me tugging just too hard and/or measuring inconsistently. I am going to try this time to measure in the same position every time, but it gets hard trying not to get over zealous.

Just thought I would add some info. After re-reading my threads, it was really helpful to have a date and other info saved on this thread for me to go back too.

So I realized I didn’t stop PE last spring, but last fall according to my thread, so I have been PE free (completely) for the past 8 months. I wasn’t really thinking all that hard about it in my last post so my bad.

Also, re-started the extender with the 3”, 2”, and 0.5” rods, and when using it I am at the first line of tension comfortably and can wear it the first 20-40 minutes no problem. The first day re-wearing it I didn’t adjust the tension knobs at all, but I’m currently adjusting them throughout wearing it to keep the tension at the first line of tension. (The first line of tension is the first line farthest away from the pubic bone.)

That’d have to be some sort of record wouldn’t it …. as in where you have come from initially to where you are!!!? Anyway, maybe I misread or something. I know there was a minor name change. Great thread and documentation of progress.
I like your wholesome approach to fitness and also work out regularly 5 x week, but no supplements, just lots of veggies and fruit and protein.
I would like to get yours and anyone else’s opinion about my routine which I started on 6/18/18:

1. 25 min of jelqing (20 min after I wake up so still about 60-75% erect) then followed by

2. 25 min of basic stretching

3. Then followed by 6-8 hrs of wearable stretching devise (esl 40) at low tension. ( Last year I wore esl 40 for about a month and a half, with no other exercises and seemed to have gained .25 inches in length)

One day break per week.

Any input would be greatly appreciated..
