First week
Guess I’m done with about the first serious week. I’ll drop a few reflections for later.
I’ve switched to using the bathroom sink for fulcrum for one of my stretches instead of doing it over my thighs my last two sessions. This feels more effective and is much easier to perform. It does however mean all my stretches are straight forward, I doubt it matters much but I’ll keep it in mind as something to switch up later if needed. This leaves me with 4 min SO, 4 min straight with fulcrum, 4 min SO.
My PI’s have declined a bit and past few days I’ve had some turtling compared to last week. I think it’s because I’m going pretty hard with the stretches, and I’ll have to back off a bit. My current plan is to take two days off now instead of just one, then resume on Thursday and Friday. This will also put me in sync with my intended schedule. If this doesn’t help maybe I need to drop the sink fulcrum or at least go way easier when performing it…
Going easy about this is hard. I’m a bit too excited to be serious about PE again and would probably take even fewer rest days if I thought I could. I was planning to have only 1 off day this weekend instead of 2 to get in sync for next weekend, but as sore as I am right now I don’t think that’s a good idea. It’s also hard to “go easier” when stretching, as the intensity has a tendency to ramp up gradually during the session. I’m currently using an ointment on my foreskin and glans which seems to relieve some of the skin wear I caused at the start, and the trend seems positive now as I can continue stretching and still get better. I’m also able to use only cotton cloth for grip aid when using the sink for fulcrum instead of toilet paper which seems easier on the skin. The inside of the shaft has not quite caught up yet though and I’m having a bit of aches, also some discomfort in the urethra a little while after urinating.
Current short term plan:
- Couple of rest days
- Actually go easier on sessions when I’m sore or experience reduced quality PIs
On another note I realized when looking at my old photos that I had pretty well documented newbie gains. Especially the pictures of the last cm when having the ruler standing up along my shaft are pretty much identical except for the ruler readings which looks kind of cool I think. I never took a photo of my first 17 cm measurement but from 18 cm to ~20 cm I have decent pictures of. I will have to make sure I don’t lose these photos, and once I’m sure I can make some gains again and feel a bit more comfortable in this who knows, maybe I’ll share them.
