First week

Guess I’m done with about the first serious week. I’ll drop a few reflections for later.

I’ve switched to using the bathroom sink for fulcrum for one of my stretches instead of doing it over my thighs my last two sessions. This feels more effective and is much easier to perform. It does however mean all my stretches are straight forward, I doubt it matters much but I’ll keep it in mind as something to switch up later if needed. This leaves me with 4 min SO, 4 min straight with fulcrum, 4 min SO.

My PI’s have declined a bit and past few days I’ve had some turtling compared to last week. I think it’s because I’m going pretty hard with the stretches, and I’ll have to back off a bit. My current plan is to take two days off now instead of just one, then resume on Thursday and Friday. This will also put me in sync with my intended schedule. If this doesn’t help maybe I need to drop the sink fulcrum or at least go way easier when performing it…

Going easy about this is hard. I’m a bit too excited to be serious about PE again and would probably take even fewer rest days if I thought I could. I was planning to have only 1 off day this weekend instead of 2 to get in sync for next weekend, but as sore as I am right now I don’t think that’s a good idea. It’s also hard to “go easier” when stretching, as the intensity has a tendency to ramp up gradually during the session. I’m currently using an ointment on my foreskin and glans which seems to relieve some of the skin wear I caused at the start, and the trend seems positive now as I can continue stretching and still get better. I’m also able to use only cotton cloth for grip aid when using the sink for fulcrum instead of toilet paper which seems easier on the skin. The inside of the shaft has not quite caught up yet though and I’m having a bit of aches, also some discomfort in the urethra a little while after urinating.

Current short term plan:
- Couple of rest days
- Actually go easier on sessions when I’m sore or experience reduced quality PIs

On another note I realized when looking at my old photos that I had pretty well documented newbie gains. Especially the pictures of the last cm when having the ruler standing up along my shaft are pretty much identical except for the ruler readings which looks kind of cool I think. I never took a photo of my first 17 cm measurement but from 18 cm to ~20 cm I have decent pictures of. I will have to make sure I don’t lose these photos, and once I’m sure I can make some gains again and feel a bit more comfortable in this who knows, maybe I’ll share them.

Inconsistent measurements

So for these days off, I performed the stretches according to my usual routine but very very light and some oscillators the first day. Today, the second day, I’ll rest completely except for edging.

As I’m starting anew and not really expecting results at this point, and also because I feel I have a bit more relaxed outlook on things this time around, I’ve taken a few measurements lately, both EL and EG. And I’ve found it to fluctuate a bit. I’ll just leave a note about it here for later reference. Yesterday I could not reach the usual BPEL, and maybe got to 19.5 cm tops, but on the other hand EG hit around 15.3 cm (over 6”) the same session, if only briefly. Today BPEL was a tad bit better I think, and I reached about 20 cm, even though it takes some pushing of the ruler and perfect alignment. EG was back at 15 cm though. I need to add some padding of some sort to the base of the ruler to not eventually puncture my skin, but for now I think I’ll just put it away. I’ll consider my starting point just below 20 cm BPEL and just above 15 cm EG

Good start

I had a feeling I’d had some gains during the weekend, and decided to measure on the second day of my weekend rest from PE.

EG was up at 15.5 cm, or 6.1”, very surprisingly. Maybe it’s the long rest period I’ve had, maybe it was the fulcrum stretches, maybe it is the oscillator, maybe I’ve hit a good intensity for the jelqing. Regardless it’s good to see it jump up a bit, and this is just like it was last time I had good girth progress, it just suddenly appeared. I will continue like this at least the rest of the year to try to keep at least enough of these gains to stay above 6”. But if I’m not gaining any more until then I might consider another longer break from girth work, if I can manage to modify the routine to do that without sacrificing length work.

Length was still at 20 cm BPEL but last time I had a bit extra girth when I measured I also had a bit lower length. This time it was quite easy to reach 20 cm and I might even have been able to snap a photo of it had I tried. It’s going to take some patience to see the length increase it seems, but the feeling is all good so lets see how it goes.

No, I don’t think so. I go as close to PONR as I can then measure quickly.

Its plausible to have higher readings if kegels are present while measuring.

Quick update

Regarding the sudden increased girth, it went back to normal quite quickly. And shortly after it had vanished I also started to measure even lower, and had a generally bad feeling for the exercised, mainly jelqing and keeping decent erection. I decided to take a week off since I was going away a few days anyway. This helped a whole lot and I am kind of contemplating adding a full week of rest once very month, say 1st - 7th of each month maybe.

I am also going to use porn for jelqing to help keeping high EQ since that might have been what made the girth increase back then.

I had a little bit of blood leak out yesterday’s session. I think it was the straight up stretch I held for about 1 min, which puts pressure on the glans in a bad way and is easy to exaggerate. Leaving that stretch out of the program for now.

Currently session:
5-30 min rice sock
2 min straight down stretch
1-1.5 min stretch to each side
1-2 min stretch straight out
4 min fulcrum stretch over edge of sink (put my thumb in between because the porcelain is too hard)
3 min stretch straight out
8 min erect jelq
45 sec squeeze

Length gain finally..

I’m quite certain I’ve had my first measurable length gains since my newbie gains spurt early last year. The ruler has said 8” for a while now and even after resting all last week except Friday it was still around two days later on Sunday.

It’s nice to finally see that the routine might be working for length, even with these all manual stretches.

Currently session:
5-20 min rice sock
1 min straight out stretch
2 min straight down stretch
1 min stretch to each side
5 min fulcrum stretch over edge of sink
3 min stretch straight out
8 min erect jelq

I’m also starting to take a week off completely at the beginning of every month. So about 7 days rest once per month. I’ve also had to take an extra rest day every now and then because my skin is sore. Stretching puts a lot of strain on the skin of my glans and just below it, but hopefully it will get used to it a bit, and I am constantly trying to improve my technique and grip for better intensity to skin stress ration.

Girth seems to be at a stand still, but I do not dare to remove the jelqs from my routine anyway since I was doing them while my length recently went up slightly. Also girth might come around eventually, who knows…
