This will mark the end of my first two months with PE. I have so far not missed a single planned session, or had any other notable setbacks or problems.
My current routine in short goes something like:
- 10-20 min warm up with rice sock in pants during breakfast
- ~9 min stretching, using kind of a pulsing stretch intensity, inspired by JAI-stretch:
1 min SD, 1 min SU, 1 min left, 1 min right, 1 min down-left, 1 min down-right, 1.5 min BTC, 1.5 min straight out
- 13 minutes “dry jelqs with lube”, meaning I move the skin but I use a lot of lube, dry jelqs irritated my skin. I start with post-stretch flaccid and work up to erection ranging all the way up to close to 10 EQ but fluctuating a lot during these 13 minutes.
- I then slap a heat pad in my underwear and put them on. Lately I have been using a loose-fitting rubber penis ring as well during the day, which makes my dick a little bit fuller even though it’s only tight when I’m fully erect… I’m not sure if I will continue with it yet but I like the feeling so far, apart from a bit if itching, lol.
I also think I’ll be ending my high frequency edging period as of today. I have been edging about 4 times each day, often going on for up to an hour at least once per day. Although it does feel like spending such a good amount of time at high EQ and filling out the gains might be slightly beneficial, it’s simply not worth the time and energy anymore.
I went into PE expecting it to take a lot of time, and since then I have been pleasantly surprised with the great results I’ve had with only about 30 minutes sessions 4 times a week. It seems like a really bad idea to put in all that extra time for a small or maybe no benefit at all.
Also it does take a toll on my libido. Maybe not every day, but sometimes I find that after foreplay and just a little bit of sex I’ve already exhausted my energy. All this edging needs to go, lol.
As for measurements this week I’ve established these numbers to be pretty reliable:
BPEL: 19 cm / 7.5” (0.5 cm / 0.2” gains these two weeks)
MSEG: 15 cm / 5.9” (no measurable gains these two weeks)
Another very very positive result. While EG didn’t really increase, I’m seeing more measurements at or above 15 cm than I did a few weeks ago, so I think I’m making progress still, even so slowly. But while I’d love to break 6” I don’t really care much about girth at this point, as long as it’s not going down, lol.
EL gains are not showing any signs of slowing down though. I actually had a few measurements at 7.6” or slightly above, but 7.5” is what I found most consistent, and it’s a very good point to start off 2017. I’m approaching two huge milestones, one metric at 20 cm and one imperial at 8”, I am so psyched I can barely believe the ruler sometimes, haha.
Closing words on my short acquaintance with PE 2016:
I went into this with a sound skepticism and with as low hopes as I could, thinking I’d either make no gains at all or see maybe a centimeter in half a year or something like that. Reading up on whatever I could, 100% of it from TP, I decided on a routine quite quickly and had my first session within a week.
The beginning was a little bit stressful. As I expect a lot of guys around here I was a bit tormented by my demons at the time, and putting in time and effort with PE felt like they would possibly get even worse… Fortunately it was clear that that was not the case within the first few weeks.
Just reading up on average penis sizes or reading about members here, along with my initial measurements, gave me a much more positive outlook on size and damped my anxiety quite a bit. Then seeing the gains I’ve had so far, averaging at about 1 cm / 0.4” a month, I can almost say that I’m totally at peace of mind again.
I use the hungfun site sometimes, mostly to easily calculate volume in ci, but also to see how my size ranks in the average group of 1000 guys that they list there. I’m sure their size estimation is not 100% correct, and I don’t think they even take into account that a longer penis is more likely to be thicker as well, but simply seeing myself go from “22 should be both longer and girthier than you” down to just 1 has gave me an extra boost. It would be SILLY to have size anxiety at this point, which it of course was from the start as well, but it took me until now to be convinced, lol.
Another note on what the gains I’ve had thus far has done for me. I realize now that the size of my penis and whether I’m satisfied with it is even more a question of my own perspective and opinion than I thought. I mean going from 6.7”/5.5” to 7.5”/5.9” in this short period of time I thought it would make a world of difference during sex, but it honestly hasn’t. I am sure I could gain up to 8”/6” as well without being blown away by the difference, not really seeing much change until I’m so big it becomes a problem. Don’t get me wrong though, I love that my size is increasing and it’s been part of the reason why I have been edging so much lately, but it simply isn’t as big of a deal as I previously made it up to be.
I do still have my big-dick fetish though, lol, and I’m really looking forward to see what PE will take me during 2017.
