Bpfsl: 13.5cm
Bpel: 13cm
EG: 11cm
Warm up
Downward stretch for 10mins using v grip
Edge/Warm down
2 on, 1 off
Day 1: complete.
Edit: I fell off with this routine at some point and not sure when I exactly stopped. Multiple starts since this initial measurement, but I restarted with the newbie routine in February of 2021.
Stats as of March 2021:
Bpfsl: 15.5cm
Bpel: 14.6cm
Have not been tracking girth, but last I checked it was the same.
