Hey Thunders!

After 3 months of PE on the last routine I posted, I got no length gains but only girth gains (+0.4) now at 5.7 inch which are good results, but my main goal now is 8 NBPEL x 6 MEG inches and I am at 6.9 NBEL x 5.7 MEG inches.

Last days I only have done wet Jelquing because of less time due to college exams.

I will upload print screens of my log (excel table) so you guys can tell me if I am doing something wrong.

One thing that I don’t do right is having an undefined schedule like 3 on 2 off, I do PE when I have time, so there is a low level of consistency.
A PI that I never achieved was flaccid gains, I have done PE a year ago for 2 months and I got flaccid gains on that older beginner routine which was more light than this (I will upload print screens to on next posts).

Guys can you give me some guide, tips of what would you do on this position, change routine, change exercises, do a more intense routine (like Mem’s Momentous Rapid Gain Mechanism), do a decon break of a week or so??

There are people here that got results only after 6 months or later. I got mine after 4 months.

Be PATIENT! It’s a marathon, not a sprint!

Never forget to heat your penis with hot water, at least 5 min before and after the PE training !

If you seek length do wet jelqs with less then 65% erect.
Keep being consistent.
Make things basic ,simple.

Manual stretching 1min every direction 10 sets.
Wet Jelqing 10min
2 DAYS ON 1 DAY OFF or 1 DAY ON 1 DAY OFF
Basically if nothing is happening and it’s easy bring more intensity to your routine, but having a HOT SHOWER on your penis is a MUST !! BEFORE AND AFTER!
DON’T GIVE UP! Best of luck, you will succeed.

Everything is there. You got to be more in it. 2on, 1off, 2on,2off. It’s like going to the gy 2times per week and trying to build some muscles… don’t waste your time it won’t work!

So be more consistency and trust the process👍


Start 04-26-2013: BPEL: 7", MSEG: 5 5/8. gain till 01-10-2014 BPEL: 8", MSEG 5 7/8. 4 years Brake.

Start #2 01-17-2018 BPEL: 7 5/8, MSEG: 5 7/8

NOW: BPEL: 8 1/4", MSEG: 6" . Goal: 9x6.5"

I read it now and I think that doesn’t apply to me because I stretch and get a long and thin look and I hit NBPEL.
And also I include V-stretch on current routine.

You are right, I have to define a schedule and keep it.

Have you thought about hanging weights? I’ve gained 1” in length since April 2019. (4-5 months/10 hours a week of hanging 2.5 to 3.75 lbs)

Started from 5.8” to 6.8” BPEL

I made my own homemade hanger. I got all my supplies from Home Depot for $10-15 total.

I also mean to emphasize: stick to what’s working for you.

I only suggested hanging because it’s working very effectively for me and also if you think you’ve hit a plateau, other methods can work.

Hey GokusPecs, I am planning doing and home made ADS and a hanger for my next routine within a month.

For now I jelq every day from 20 to 40 minutes and stretch for 20 to 30 min when I can to cement my gains.

Awesome. ADS is also the perfect anti-turtling tool after hanging.
If you don’t know what turtling is , make sure to look up “anti-turtling” which is important after a P.E. Exercise

Thanks GokusPecs, never heard the term anti-turtling but definitely going to search about it because I get turtling after stretching.

Also I have reduce the number of times that I masturbation, watch porn and cumming, I think that it’s affecting my gains.
