I know what it’s like to have constant negative thoughts. It’s been three weeks on the lion diet for me and I’ve gone from 100+ daily negative thoughts & constant sinking gut feeling anxiety all the time… to absolutely nothing… I am in a state of complete serenity 24/7.
Beef, salt and water.
Plants use chemical warfare to defend themselves. These chemicals DO negatively affect your health, for example, oxalates cause systemic inflammation and neurotoxicity. We are not designed to eat plants. I would bet my left nut on the fact you’ve eaten more than one plant-based food in the last 24 hours. I am not making fun of you, but I can presume.
