Hey, guys!

I was reading this forum for quite some time but never posted anything. But now I think making public reports will help me to stick with PE and not to give up too early.

I was quite young (22 years old) when I tried the Newbie Routine I exercised for a couple of months but didn’t have any results back then. And I was heavily demotivated. I thought PE didn’t work at all, or something fundamentally wrong with my dick. A couple of years later I bought some shitty extender and tried to use it for one month. Not only was it painful, but I didn’t have any results again.

Now I’m 30 years old. And it’s silly to say, but I’m extremely unhappy just because of my dick size.

So now I’m trying to do PE again (for 1 month and a half already). I primarily use an extender (for ≈5 hours per day), but recently I also bought a Bathmate pump and I use it just a little bit (my dick didn’t adapt to it yet).

For now, I only have some BPFSL progress (+1 cm, or 0,39 inches). But I still don’t have any progress with my NBPEL or BPEL. But I hope I will have at least some progress in the future.

Pre-PE stats (May 2024):
NBPEL 13.6 cm (5.43" )
BPEL 16.3 cm (6.49")
EG 11.3 cm (4.44" )
BPFSL 17 cm (6.69")

After 1,5 months (June 2024):
NBPEL 13.8 cm (5.43")
BPEL 16.5 cm (6.49")
EG 11.3 cm (4.44")
BPFSL 18 cm (7")

I will post updates on my PE adventure sometimes. Thanks to anybody who’s reading.

Outside of noob gains, all of mine have come from hanging. For me gains in BPEL only come after gains in BPFSL. If your routine keeps giving you BPFSL gains, then I think your on a good track. I also use heat with my program.

Yes, I was wondering about the correlation between BPFSL gains and BPEL gains. Anyway, I hope I’m on the right track too.

I use a warm towel with my program. But I wanna buy an infrared lamp (like some Beurer).

A little update.

I usually do PE for 2 days in a row and then rest for one day. And it didn’t look too intense to me, but I noticed some signs of overtraining. Like, my erections weren’t what good. And I felt like my penis became less stretchy. So I took a rest for a few days. And now I have a bigger BPFSL (18.5 cm or 7.3 inches).

I also have a bigger BPEL — now it’s 17 cm or 6.7 inches. But I’m not sure it’s a real gain at all. Maybe it’s just a better erection.

Anyway. I’m also waiting for a new extender! I used MaleEdge before (not quite sure why I bought this in the first place). But today I ordered Penimaster PRO. Can’t wait to test it!

Hey guys thanks for all the good info, I started about 9 months ago, purely hanging, nothing else.
And I’ve made a certain observation:
THERE are probably different levels of fatigue for different part, ligaments, smooth muscle, etc.
What I noticed was that if I hang over the recommended time (15-20 mins avg.) with weights over 6-10 pounds, the neck of the penis or point of attachment becomes sore. The trick is to probably give adequate rest so the strain can accumulate on the shaft while making sure no extra strain(damage) is placed on the attachment point because then that’s probably how erection quality drops

Just an observation, but I may be wrong, Veteran members please provide some enlightenment

What type of hanger are you using and are you using heat? Soreness or fatigue is ok and actually what you want to some degree, but pain is a different thing. If you are getting pain, something is wrong and, as you said, happens when you do too much. This may be too easy of a response, but don’t do that.

Other thing is that it could be a faulty set up. Is this an “injury” situation?

Thanks for the recommendation! But I live in EU and we don’t have CVS here. It’s easier for me to order TM pad.

Guys! I’ve just got my vacuum extender! It’s a game-changer. I don’t feel any pain while using it.

I think it will be easier for me to be consistent now. Non-vacuum extender is just torture.

Am using a modified version of the zen hanger without the silicon sleeve. I find it breaks when I use greater weight.
Substituted with double fabric sleeve.
Thick elastic, for outer wrap
Thin elastic, for inner wrap

Way more comfortable
